Appearance:

Hair: Bright electric blue down to shoulders with a few streaks of green. The hair tends to have a slight, natural sheen.

Eyes:Radiant green with a glowing, electric quality, especially when using his Kekkei Genkai.

Build:Athletic and well-toned with a lean but muscular physique. 

Skin:Fair with a subtle, slightly luminescent quality due to his plasma abilities.

Facial features: Sharp, defined cheekbones, and a strong jawline, giving him a commanding presence.

Clothing:

Academy- He wears a dark green high collar sleeveless shirt with a long black sleeve underneath along with black pants and dark blue ninja sandals. 

Genin- He wears a black short-sleeved shirt with a dark blue jacket over it with the Hoshida clan symbol on the upper chest on the left. He wears dark blue pants and a blue Hidden Leaf headband on his forehead along with dark blue ninja sandals. 

Chunin- A more advanced version of his Genin attire with additional armor plating. He also wore a blue and black cloak with the Hoshida emblem. He also has blue gloves.

Jounin- He wears a specialized blue armor with reinforced materials to withstand intense plasma energy, featuring glowing green and blue accents. The armor is designed to be both functional and stylish, emphasizing his clan's plasma abilities.

Charka: Fire and Lighting 

Kekkei Genkai: Plasma Release  which allows Ryo's clan to generate and manipulate high-energy plasma. He can produce plasma beams, create defensive shields, and form plasma-based constructs. His body can channel plasma energy for explosive attacks or concentrated energy bursts. Plasma energy can also be used for flight or enhanced physical abilities.

Likes: Spicy food, training, spending time with Tsunade, exploring nature, and talking with Orochimaru.

Dislike: Jairya's perverted behavior, pointless conflict, arrogance, especially when they have no skill to back it up, and Orochimaru becoming  cold and emotionless.

Personality: Ryo as an academy student, and Genin is a determined and ambitious child, always striving to prove himself among his peers. He is known for his curiosity and competitive nature, often pushing himself to be better than everyone else. Despite his intense focus, he is kind-hearted and protective, especially toward his teammates and friends. When he is a Chunin, he becomes more confident and disciplined and starts to develop a more tactical mindset and plans steps ahead when fighting. His loyalty to the villages becomes stronger. By the time he is a Jounin  he is more mature and has strong and composed leadership, and remains determined to protect the village.
