Appearance: Medium length Auburn hair that is more ginger than brown, Dark eyes, olive skin, Tallest girl in her district (she got her height from her dad.) Muscular arms and legs from manual labor.

Facts:
- because of her love for her siblings, Johanna purposely made it look like she abandoned her half siblings so the capitol wouldn't take notice and use them against her. Her plan didn't work and Josie was takin by the capitol after the quarter quell.

-Josie's job in her district is to cut down trees and haul them to a truck. Because of this, Josie (and Josan) are extremely strong

-Josie almost died once when another worker was being careless and a tree fell on her, causing her lung to collapse. She luckily was treated in time, and that worker got thrown into a river.

"It was obvious that this girl was nothing like her older sister. Johanna fought everything the doctors did while Josie simply sat there silently. She had been sitting in that bed for a couple hours already and had yet to say a word. Katniss entered the doorway to the sister's room to see Johanna, Josie looked up and smiled ever so slightly. Beside her sat the the biggest boy Katniss had ever seen. His face was puffy, probably from crying. The chair he was sitting in was much to small for him. Their domineer was obviously not the only thing different about Josie and Johanna,and Josan, in fact, the only thing about that looked the same was their rust colored hair."
