-Cassia is the daughter of King Caspian IX and his second wife, Caisuria, Caspian and Cassia are half siblings

-Cassia's mother was a star, making her half star, half telmarine

-Caspian's Mother Prumpellpya, began to hate her husband and his second wife. She conspired with Miraz to kill them and their daughter. Cassia was luckily smuggled to nikabrik, trumpkin and trufflehunter, and raised by them.

-Caspian and Cassia were born one day apart
