Andrew is the first Agent 8 that Vea saved. Yes, he was a previous Agent 8 and he completely hated it, he couldnt even wear his glasses so he had to wear contacts that hurt him, and he hated almost every second he uh- got splatted. But once Andrew came out of the Metro with Vea, everything was better. Vea introduced him to her friends, and thats how he met Brees. Soon, Vea took him into her arms and let him join her family. So now, Andrew is Vea's sister!
He is now in a team with Vea! He does get annoyed by Vea and her stuff but they get along very well.
