Personality: She is very cold-hearted and mean.

Backstory: When they born they were sent to live with another family due to their mother's death during delivery and their father wanting nothing to do with them. When they turned 3 Jasmine discover her quirk, but Jackyln did not. They went by and Jacklyn waited and waited for her quirk to come in it never came. When they turned 13 Jacklyn was so tried of Jasmine getting all the attention and praise she ran away.  She trained daily working hard then on her 14 she got her quirk she doesn't know how it happened or why it happened but she was so glad. She trained more and made herself a fake hero name deciding it was time to see her sister again she went to U.A. and got in on recommendations.

Quirks: black and white quirk, speed enhancer quirk, teleportation quirk, her obvious quirk to steal others quirks by touching them, and a decay quirk in her left hand but using this quirk to much causes her to decay herself.
