Their quirk is called Acid Rain. Basically the quirk allows them to form a dark cloud around a certain area. Instead of water, the rain contains acid. They can form small clouds over a longer distance though they have to be aware of where it is geographically. The bigger the cloud, the closer the distances has to be. Drawbacks are that they get dehydrated after awhile, so they ALWAYS have water on them.
