Personality~
At some points, they can be rather.. Feisty and sarcastic (which doesn't bode well around Todoroki who is almost always oblivious to it). He doesn't really have any idea what is appropriate to say, so sometimes they blurt out thoughts that aren't all that appropriate to talk about in public. Despite his "I don't care about other's opinion", they're kind and protective of the ones he loves. He'll bring small gifts, be aggressive with their love, insult you in the most platonic way possible, etc. They are your ride or die buddy when the proper bond is formed.

Quirk Description~
They can both control and create fire. The fire he creates comes out blue, much like Debi's without burning their skin off. He can shape his fire to a specific shape but, depending on the size, it'll burn out much quicker.

Strengths~
Elysia is really good at making fire 'cages', which is really just a large ring of fire that goes about 15 feet in the air, without harming his opponent/s. They are also shockingly good at making a very small fire dragon (fire shaped like a dragon).

Weaknesses~
Using their quirk for too long will start to burn their skin and make them overheat. He can use their quirk for about two hours, but the time will start to decline the bigger fire items they create.

Backstory~
Elysia grew up in the United States, as his mom had just got out of college there with their dad, and moved to Japan around 10 years old. They moved into the same complex as Inko, who happened to be high school friends with his mom, so they got really close to Izuku. Elysia went to junior high with Izuku and Katsuki, usually messing with the blonde when he bullied Izuku. They were actually there when the sludge villain attacked Izuku, and tried their best to set the villain on fire (couldn't manage to without hurting Izuku) before All Might swooped in. They left right after they knew Izuku was safe.

Other~ They have a black lab by the name of Jinx, who is around 3 years old. He is really close with Izuku, practically his sibling, so the two of them hang out a LOT.
