Personality: Cruella can be described as hot headed, green eyed, stubborn, manipulative, selfish, self centered, aggressive, reckless, relentless, ambitious, impatient, discourteous, deceitful, greedy, arrogant, spoiled, having little self control, wild, materialistic, fur obsessed, even insane, someone who doesn't care what other people think, yet has good business manner and a certain untamed grace about her, as well as being earnest. However, unlike what many people think she doesn't go out of her way to do bad things, they're simply a side effect of trying to get things to go her way.

Luella is some of these things, she can be short tempered and dramatically emotional, yet at the same time is usually able to keep her cool when in public or professional settings. She's also wants only for the best, causing her easy jealousy. Selfish, ambitious, relentless, stubborn, manipulative, wild (though only slightly), judgmental, untrusting, earnest, all words that also describe her. She unlike her mother however does exercise restraint, and self control. She also has good business manner, leadership skills, the genius part of her mother's insanity, a tamed grace, and etcetera. She is also her own person however, and has a childish heart of gold that has simply been covered by growing up too fast and having her mother as her major influence. She also will go out of her way to do little acts of kindness, like donating the things she's tired of instead of throwing them out or selling her top line items. There is of course more about her but I'll leave it at this for now.

Backstory: Since she was young she heard about House of De Vil fashions and how it had gone out of business after the story of Cruella and the pups spread. Her mother still had enough money to support herself and keep caste standing. She watched her mother get married several times over the years, to artists, or fashion designers, models, etcetera and her mother always came out on top in the divorce suits. She didn't ever really know her father and never had a constant father figure only making her think boys never stuck around and that she shouldn't give her heart away to anyone, but she still craves for either a real father figure or a boy that will stay in her life. She'd never admit it though. She never made or had any friends either, (well except for a few but they were never best friends), and grew up lonely with bullying and teasing. Her mother would tell her how cruel the world was, and she believed her mother. Anyways when she was twelve she convinced someone to let her start working and so that's where she started. She climbed ladders (as high as she could for a part timer), built a good name for herself, became homeschooled so she wouldn't have to be in class all day, actually kept up with her schoolwork, and looked stylish doing all of it. When she was sixteen she got another job, using her good reputation and being a hard worker paid off as she quickly climbed ranks there as well. Once she finished twelve grade she was offered full time positions at both places but declined, using the money she earned she broke off from both places and opened the new House of Vil Fashions. If she doesn't win the selection she plans to go to college while running her business. Her mother is a business partner for her, but what she hasn't told her mother is how much of the company she actually owns. Cruella has only twenty-five percent while her daughter has taken seventy-five.

Fears: Dogs, thanks to her mother. She heard they were the only beasts who could outsmart her mother. (Men are included as 'beasts'). Her mother finding out how much of the company she actually owns.  Her company crashing and burning. When her Mother is mad. Loosing the things and (the few) people she cares about -including her mother.

Medical conditions: She has Asthma and other breathing problems such as shortness of breath. The Doctor says it's partially due to her mother's smoking problem. She also has seasonal allergies; pine needles, pollen, etc.

Other: you'd probably never guess especially with her reputation but she's quite a good pick pocket, because when there's something she wants she gets it. Too bad it isn't as easy when it comes to love. Also she has custom made cigarettes, (along with a cigarette holder like her mother's), that aren't actually cigarettes and always keeps a box of them with her, as well as two lighters, a fake one (works like a remote to turn on the effects of lighting and smoke [the smoke is actually a mist]) for her cigarettes, and a real one for her mother's. Some of her cigarettes are disguised inhalers, others have stuff in them to help clean the air, and some are just pleasantly scented and flavored decoys to put in her mouth when her mother wants to smoke with her.
