Powers: Can freely alter, solidify/weaponise and manipulate sound, as well as mute things or increase volume. In theory, he can do miracles with this sound, but right now due to his childishness and being a child (One's the trait, the other is the age.), he can only perform three: Ballad of Heroism. (A blast of magical light.) Sound Wall (Basically a solid barrier of sound that prevents him from being touched and lessens damage when in use, as well as making decent discount gauntlets.) and Tempo (Makes him move faster. A lot faster. As in, as fast as his sound.) occasionally can grow his demonic heritage's parts (Wings, claws, tails, exoskeletons, ect ect.) but it's rather uncontrollable. (And yes, I named them. It's easier to say "Maelstrom fired Ballad of Heroism (Or BoH) at _" than saying "Maelstrom summoned a ball of light, which fired at _" and also avoids misconceptions about him being a speedster or a light mage or whatever.)
Weakness: Due to his constant and comfortable use of Sound Wall and Tempo, his physical body isn't as resistant to hits as it should be. Also, some of his moves are predictable, as they play a sound or melody before use.
Weapon: Sound, Miracles of Sound, His headphones, his fists, his demon body parts (If/When he can actually summon them.)
Personality: Childish, Kind, Hyperactive, Erratic, Carefree, able to be intimidating (probably because he suddenly isn't trying to be nice and is instead trying to crush your soul.) and Stubborn.
Family: Two unnamed parents (Which side is the angel and which side is the human.... Your guess is as good as mine).

Other: Despite being able to manipulate sound, he is rather prideful in not changing his own singing voice. It's terrible.

Appearance:
Maelstrom, as an adult, is about 173 cm tall, with eyes akin to sapphires and long black hair, already greying despite his young age. Due to this and his supernatural nature (somehow affecting his hair), his hair appears to be black with white streaks. He usually wears it into a combed back ponytail, reaching the bottom of his shoulder blades while tied up.
For his attire, he usually wears a sleeveless collared navy blue vest with two pockets at his waist, concealing his neck and allowing his arms a full range of movement. Underneath, he wears a black t-shirt with a colourful crotchet note on the front. He wears a pair of black tracksuit pants over his legs, featuring two shallow pockets.
