He would have a Sci-Fi advanced desktop mobile Radio Scanner in the secret gun room and he would have another one in the secret base for his room. It can track multiple radio frequencies even it can patch into enemy frequencies so that he can listen to them to be a step ahead of his enemy plans and find any leads, points of interests, related to objectives and different situations. It has big range and good signal even underground so that it would be undetected.
