Mai  can be a cruel, dangerous, and blood-thirsty individual if pushed to  it. She has no issues acting like her own mother if it means saving  herself, or getting what she wants. Unlike her mother, she does very  much love men, that's been clear since she was a teenager. She is a  flirty, bold woman and sometimes she's a bit too bold but she can't help  it. She gets upset with herself if she isn't perfect, it's hard to let  go of something that was pushed onto her since she was a little. She  needs things to be perfect because imperfection is a no-go. She's  typically not your optimistic person, if anything she'll be pessimistic  and proceed to tell you how you'll fail or things won't go as planned.  She won't sugarcoat the truth, she'll be blunt about it. She does wish to change and be different than her mother.

The  entire population consists of women with special types of magic, like  curses and familiars 「使い魔 tsukaima. These women are not allowed to live  outside of the forest and those that choose to are considered fugitives.  Men and other non-witches are forbidden from entering the forest.

Mai  was born and raised in a cruel household. Her mother was a wicked woman, and she had to deal with it. She had become friends with certain people and later became this cruel, evil woman. Yes, she did tons of bad and awful things in her life. Later on, she had a random change of heart ith the life that she was living. And she needed to do something about it, and so she did. She decided to cast a spell to go back in time.

- Blood Magic:  This magic attribute allows the user to generate and manipulate their  own blood at will.  In order to use it to its full potential, specific  spells are required, which are stored within grimoires. The user is  capable of controlling other people and animals through their blood  after they have used their magic on them first.

Spells
Blood Creation Magic: Lifeblood Scythe: With an open grimoire, the user shapes a large amount of blood into a giant scythe, which the user swings by hand.

Blood Magic: Red Beast: With  an open grimoire, the user expels a large amount of blood and shapes it  into the upper body of a large creature with clawed hands, a gaping  mouth, and no eyes. It is dense enough to withstand powerful offensive  spells, and its claws are sharp enough to tear apart defensive spells  and humans. Immersing the beast in large amounts of water will dilute  and dissolve it. Several threads of blood keep the user tethered to the  beast, so the user has to remain near the beast when attacking. The  attachments can be moved to different parts of the beast, such as the  back, which allows the user to ride the beast through the air.

Blood Magic: Herd of Red Beasts:   With an open grimoire, the user expels a large amount of blood and  shapes it into multiple Red Beasts which are smaller in size and have  whole bodies. These beasts are also not attached to the user, allowing  them to have a greater range of movement.

Blood Healing Magic: Curse-Breaking Blood Cocoon: With  an open grimoire, the user points their finger at a target. Veins of  blood extend from the finger, envelope the target in a large dark orb,  and surround the wounded part of the target, healing it.  The  transfusion of blood is capable of strengthening the target after they  are healed, and also allows the user to take control of the target's  body. This spell can also be bottled and used remotely.

Blood Creation Magic: Scaffold of Fresh Blood:   With an open grimoire, the user releases a large amount of blood, which  covers the ground. Large bubbles form, hovering over the surface, and  crucifixes rise up and restrain those individuals within range. On the  crucifixes, the individuals affected have their wrists and stomachs  bound.

Blood Magic: Puppet Bloodflow:   After the user has used their magic on an individual, the user is   capable of controlling that individual through their blood. While the   spell is activated, the individual experiences intense pain and their   eyes become white. This spell can be bottled and used remotely, as well  as pass control to someone other than the spellcaster.

Blood Magic Control:  After the user has their magic of the individual, they are capable of  moving the blood flow within their target, being able to cause their  heart to stop.

Blood Devil:  Because Mai was cursed with a devil when she was younger by a group of  hateful witches. Mai has been able to use a magic spell in her grimoire  where her horns seemingly grow and increase her magic ability, speed,  and attack power. The longer the spell last the more insane and blood  thirty she seemingly gets.
