So then I drew the head and I liked the way I drew that head

So I made an oc based off of the head-

He's blind cuz he originally had no eyes and I was like why not-?

I actually need help with something else too

Usually I make like normal human ocs and stuff..

Should he still have no eyes-? Or should they just be glazed over?

And should he have le floating head, or just leave it attached to his body?

And last question- What should his name and ethnicity be?
