I've been requested by AriesTheWoolWing to make a face tutoriaaalllll?

This would be male, with the face at a 3/4th angle thing-

So I did that--

I'm not exactly the best at teaching, or tutorials for that matter, but I'm gonna give it a shot :P

1. The first step would be sketching out a circle and the base lines for the center of the face, and where the eyes would be- This step helps to keep the angle as well (I'm horrible at explaining whoops-)

2. The next step for me would to quickly scribble the shape of his face- Yes, scribble; In this beginning part of the drawing, I don't pay attention to details or anything, so its just very messy. I adjust the height of the eyes sometimes to better fit the shape of his head

3. This third step, I scribble on the basic shape of his ears and his eyes. Since he'll be grinning, I turn up the ends of his eyes a little.

4. All I do next is define his jaw and cheeks and stuff to a facial structure I enjoy.

5. Here, I shade the lines of his eyes into a shape more define shape, I guess-? More of the shading is done at the bottom of the eye.

6. In this step, I draw in his nose- It isn't done step by step, but it's pretty simple to reference off of :P

7. Here, I draw in his grin- Which is literally just a deformed oval with a line across and a tooth thingy to make em look like teeth- XDD I also add in his iris and pupils :P

8. As you can see ao far, he looks pretty terrifying and soulless- so I fix that by adding in a couple of lines coming from the inner corner if his eye to make light bags underneath them. I also add in his eyebrows; The shape of them is your choice, but personally I like them thick and turned in a little :3

9. This step is a simple one- I lightly draw in a hair line to make sure I don't forget he has a forehead- I make the top of his head a little bigger to help me with the height of the hair

10. Finally I get to go crazy- Here I just scribble in the hair :D Doesn't matter how I style it- I just scribble some strands until I like the way it looks :3

11. I erase anything on the inside of his hair so he doesn't look stupid xD Then his hair is a nice big floof :3 Adjust the hair until it looks the way you want it to, because sometimes erasing the line makea it look a little different

12. We're aLmOsT tHeRe- Here I add in a neck, his collarbone, and then I do a bit of scribble shading(at least that's what I call it). The collarbone is a bit out of place but I didn't notice that until after lining :3 dO NOT REPEAT THAT MISTAKE-

13. And finally the last step; The lining. I quickly line the drawing, and put in my signature(sometimes the date if it's worth remembering one day-). I prefer not to erase the lines, because I like the scribbly look that the pencil gives it, but that's optional- Go ahead and erase em if you want xD
