Quirk: Lock-On

He can use his eyesights to lock onto an area and zoom towards it, but it requires intense focus to do so. He moves so fast it looks like he's teleporting.

Backstory: Tensei has big shoes to fill, seeing as  how he comes from a whole bloodline of Ingeniums. He hopes to be just like them but he also wants to be an inventor and design gear for future heroes as well.

Personality: He's a stickler for the rules like his Dad but is also an inventor like his Mom.

Favorite food: Probably whatever his parents like I don't know.

Favorite things: Inventing, jogging, upgrading people's costumes.

Best friends: Toshinori Midoriya, Ryo Todoroki, Rei Todoroki, Tsubame Tokoyami, Tenchi Iida.
