Dawn

I was excited to see Ash again. It has been a while since I last reunited with him in Unvoa. As the boat landed in the Kalos Docks, Piplum was so excited that he can't stay still in my lap!

"Piplup, calm down! We're going to see Ash and Pikachu eventually! I'm kind of nervous of the Pokémon Contest being held here in Kalos." I said. The water Pokémon laughs at me and aims its water beam at me. 

"Hey! That's not cool, Piplup!" I said. I need to get to the Pokémon Center to register in the Pokémon Contest. I saw Nurse Joy, waiting in the front desk.

"Welcome to the Pokémon Center. How can I help you today?" She asks me.

"I need to register for the Pokémon Contest tomorrow." I explained.

"Put your Pokedex here." She instructs me. I did as I was told.

"Dawn. A Performer from the Sinnoh Region is now registered in the Pokémon Contest. Good Luck." The Pokedex replies.

I took the Pokedex into my pocket. 

"Thanks a lot, Nurse Joy! You're a big help."

"Greninja, water shurkian !"  A familiar voice said. I smiled because I recognize that voice anywhere. It was Ash.

"Sounds like Ash still hasn't changed, huh?" I asked my partner.

Piplup was eager to see the battle.

"Ok, let's go cheer him on!"

Serena

Ash and Clement was having a battle and Ash was winning. Jessie said, "I hate to admit, Serena, I'm actually kind of jealous of Ash getting Greninja." I laughed at her.

"You? Jessie, come on! You basically chased Ash through out his journey and you are jealous of him now?" I asked.

Jessie seems embarrassed about that. "Yeah, I guess that I do have a rebellious side."

I smiled as I watched Ash. Then I noticed someone with a blue hair and a white hat with a Pokémon I never seen before. She was watching Ash's battle against Clement.

"Hey, Bonnie!" She waved to Bonnie. Bonnie seems surprised of her.

"Wow, you just arrived here, Dawn?" She asks as she went towards her.

"Just got here. So, who's that battling Ash?" Dawn asks the girl.

"That's my big brother, Clement, and believe it or not, he's also the Gym Leader of Lumiose City!"

Dawn blinked at him. "Really? Wow, it looks like Ash got another Gym Leader to admire of!"

I asked, "Uh, you are?"

"Oh, I am a friend of Ash." She explains and notices Jessie.

"Jessie. Hi." Dawn said.

"Dawn, how are you? It has been quite a while." Jessie said, cheerfully.

"You're not going to steal Piplup are you?" Dawn asks.

"I am not that person you once knew." Jessie said, "I'm not in Team Rocket anymore."

Dawn said, amazed, "Really?"

"Really." Jessie replies as Clement lost the battle.

"Man, so close!" Clement sighs.

"It was a good battle." Ash agrees then noticed us.

Ash

I looked at Serena, Jessie and Bonnie. It looked like they were talking to someone. I looked closer and with my greatest surprise, it was Dawn and Piplup!

Pikachu jumps from my shoulder and greets the water Pokémon and his Trainer. "Pika Pikachu!" He said.

Piplum runs towards Pikachu and they begin to play together.

"Wow, Pikachu and Piplup seems happy." Dawn said.

"Hi, Dawn! Long time no see!" I waved and lifted my hand for a high five, which was our tradition of greeting one other.

"Sure has!" She said, giving the high five as we head inside the Pokémon Center to catch up.

"Dawn, I didn't know you would be here in the Kalos Region. You should've told us back in the video Phone call." I said to the Coordinator.

"Well, I wanted to surprise you on the spot. Didn't we, Piplup?" She asks the water Pokémon.

He nods in agreement. Clement said, "Wow, so you knew Ash as we do?"

I explained, "Guys, this is my old traveling buddies during my journey, Dawn. Her mom was a Top Coordinator and she is following her footsteps. I met her in the Sinnoh Region."

Serena asks, "Top Coordinator? What's that?"

Jessie explains, "A Coordinator is kind like a Performer, Serena, but you have to show the best qualities of your Pokémon and make them best they can be."

Dawn nods, "Right, Jessie. I do remember you and Ash participated in them before."

Serena looks at me. "You did?"

"Yeah, but battling is my type of style, not Contests. Speaking of Contests, did you win at the Wallace Cup?"

Dawn said, "Well, you see... Drew and Harley were hard to beat, like May said. They are stronger than I was."

"Aw, Dawn. It's ok." Jessie said, "Serena still trying her best too to become Kalos Queen and she not giving up that easily."

"Thanks, Jessie." Serena said, beaming of her encouragement.

"Like you always say, Dawn, ever since I met you, "No need to worry."

The Next morning, I see Clement, Serena and Bonnie is up early for breakfast.

"Morning, everyone!" I greeted the group.

"Morning, Jessie! You're up early!" Serena said.

"I am nervous. I'm going to have my first official Gym battle." I confessed.

"You'll be great, Jessie. We have faith in you." Dawn cheered me on.

"Do you know where Ash is?" I asked.

"Probably still asleep as usual." Bonnie giggled.

Dawn smiles, "That's Ash for ya! So, Pikachu, Piplup, how about we wake up Mr. Sleepyhead?"

Both Pokémon cheered at the idea.

"This I got to see." I said, following them.

We peeked at the inside of the room and see Ash still fast asleep.

"Sound asleep all right." I said.

Dawn looks at Pikachu.

"Care to do the honors, Pikachu?"

The mouse Pokémon nods and walks towards Ash.

I hold my laughter as Pikachu jumps up and do an Pikachu style wake up call by using Thunderbolt, which I am immune to it when I got blasted off all those times I was in Team Rocket.

"Ahh!" He cries as he fell back into the bed from the shock.

"Pika Pika!" He greets his partner.

"Oh, hey Pikachu. Good morning." He said, smiling.

"There's nothing like a Pikachu wake up call, right Ash?" I asked the Trainer.

"You saw that?" He asked me, embarrassed of the wake up call.

"Yeah, we both did, and we came to tell you breakfast is ready."

"Breakfast?!? Why you guys say so? Pikachu, let's go!" He said, grabbing Pikachu and falling down the stairs.

Clement, Bonnie, and Serena looks at him.

Dawn asks, "Are you ok, Ash?"

"No need to worry!" He yells.

She puts her hands in the hips, "When you say, "Don't need to worry, that's when I worry the most!"

I smiled. I never had this type of feeling of others company before. I wonder what happens with James and Meowth now.
