4ps name is Ivy. She represents the former New Oleanian population of slaves, which is how she fits into the dystopian Hetalia. She's pretty easily scared, spends most of her time knitting to calm herself. She obviously has a dark skin color. She also has brown eyes and hair. She's still quite shy once you get to know her. She also has whip marks on her back from beatings.
