I got out of the car and went straight to my apartment. I had my own place because my parents said I couldn't live with them after High School. I bought an apartment and Yuka comes to visit a lot. She wishes I had a cat, but I've always told her that they were too much work.

I shut the door and took off my coat. I walked over to the couch and sat down. I shot back up almost immediatley. I rubbed where my tail was tried to sooth the pain. I loosened my belt and my tail came shooting out of my jeans.

I sat down and passed out almost immediately from the exhaustion of the day. I had dealt with Yuka's superhyper activity, was turned into a cat, and I'm worried about Kishinuma. What will he think?

Bang Bang Bang

My eyes shot open and I held my head. I looked at mt reflection in the dark screen if the TV and saw that my hair was a mess. I licked my hand and ran it through my hair. Once it was finally presentable I went to answer the door.

"C'mon Mochida. You can't still be asleep, can you?" I heard from the other side.

It was Kishinuma! I had to hide eveything and quick. I grabbed an old hat and put on some baggy sweatpants. Everything that was catlike of me was hidden and I amswered the door.

"Hey Mochida, are you feeling okay?" he asked as his smile fell from his face.

"Ummm. I've been better" I answered.

"So did you ever decide if you were going to get that cat?" he asks stepping inside.

"Yeah. I got him after our talk last night. He is still kind of scared about this new home, so I wouldn't try to look for him" I said trying to convince him not to investigate.

"Why are you wearing that hat? You hate sports" Yoshiki said acknowledging my
American baseball hat.

"Because my hair isn't the best. Do you want something to drink?" I asked.

"Sure water is fine" he said making his way over to the couch.

I went into the kitchen and got him a glass of water. I spilled some, but went on my way, and brought it to him. I then went to get myself a glass and avoided the puddle. I filled up a glass and was walking back into the living room, when the next thing I know, I'm on the floor in pain.

I landed flat on my back and then hit my head. I had water all over me and I was in so much pain, I couldn't move.

"Mochida!" I heard being yelled from the doorway.

"Hnng. Kishinuma, could you help me?" I asked through gritted teeth.

"Why wouldn't I help a poor kitten in pain" he asked with a smirk.

I felt on top of my head and, sure enough, my hat was off of my head. My ears were showing and I couldn't do anything about it. I tried to move off of my tail, but if I moved, it hurt. I just layed there with a blush on my face, in agony, as Kishinuma stands in the doorway.

He then walks over to me and offers his hand. I grab it, and he helps me to stand. Of course, my tail still hurts, so I can't stand to well. Yoshiki picks me up and carries me over to the couch. He sits down, then sets me in his lap.

He started rubbing his hands through my hair, and then scratched behind my ear. I started purring, which I didn't know I was doing until he pointed it out.

"You're absolutely adorable when you purr" he said with a smile.

I just blushed in response. Maybe things wouldn't be so bad. And maybe, just maybe, Ayumi had been right. I just hope I'm not stuck like this forever.
