"I-I..." I stuttered for a moment, but then I said it.

"I love you Luce." I smiled. "I understand if you don't feel the same. I mean, I'm a faulty cat, and you're a human, but I-"

I was interrupted.

She kissed me.

I began to kiss back, my hand was on her hip, pulling her closer to me. I brushed her bottom lip with my tongue, and she opened her mouth to let me explore.

"Natsu!? Lucy!? Are you okay!?" I heard Gray shout. Damn him! He always has to ruin everything.

(Lucy's POV)

That evening we all sat downstairs and ate a meal that Juvia cooked for us all.
"So," Erza began. "How did you come across my little kittens Lucy?"

I choked on my food. Her little kittens!?

"Oh, I forgot to tell you." Gray sighed. "Erza here is our former owner."
"Ahh, that makes more sense." I smiled, after gulping a glass of water down my throat.

"Well, I came back from work one day to see a box with two kittens on the floor outside my door. I took it inside and opened it to find them."

I got two glares, but then everyone laughed.

"How come they were at my door if they're your cats?" I asked. Everywhere went silent. Until...

"Well," Erza began. "I originally ordered 2 Neko-Boys for my friend since it was her birthday, but when they arrived they were faulty, so I couldn't give them away as presents."

"Stop making us sound like items!" Gray yelled, with no shirt on...
"Yahh!" I yelped. "Put your clothes back on!"

"I was going to send Natsu and Gray back, but they pleaded me not to. I did some research on your father Jude's company and realised how badly the Neko-People are treated there, so I didn't send them back."

"But then why-" I was interrupted.

"I found out that Jude had a daughter, so I decided to send them there instead. You seemed like a nice person that wouldn't harm the boys, so that's why I sent them to you." Erza explained.

"I see..." I mumbled.

"Juvia must warn everyone," Juvia began. "There will be assassins coming after Natsu-kun and Gray-sama, and possibly Lucy-san too. Juvia will keep you all safe in here, but they will come."

"A-Assassins!?" I yelled.
"It's okay Lucy." Erza smiled. "Me and Juvia are good fighters, and I'm pretty sure Natsu and Gray can stick up for themselves."

"But then that makes me the weak one in the team..." I mumbled, my eyes downcast.
"Why don't we train you?" Natsu blurted out.
"That's a good idea actually." Erza sighed.

"The only clever thing he's ever said.." Gray muttered under his breath, only to receive a glare off Natsu.

"It's settled then." Erza smiled, standing up after finishing her food. "We'll take turns in training Lucy. I'll go first; Lucy, we start tomorrow."

And then she left.
