I think I underestimated the intensity of nano. It's the fourth day and I've only written 23 words for one of my books.

As I sit here updating this journal while listening to french music, I'm concerned on how little I've written these past few days. I know nano just started, but this is completely ridiculous. I'm behind by 6668 words.

That's freakin crazy. 

Like I've only written  23 words. 2 3  W O R D S. 

I just updated my word count on nano to 23 words out of 50,000, and honestly, it's freakin depressing :'(. I don't understand why I'm having so much trouble writing. And I know this week is going to be bad since I have 2 tests, one English, and then science, then I have my Spanish evaluation, and I have to reread by ISU book for English, and finish my freakin Romeo and Juliet booklets. And knowing myself, I'm probably going to procrastinate on all that, so... that's great.

But I'm going to try and write at least 1000 words right now before I go to bed since it's almost 10 and I'm tryna get up early, and not like 10 mins before I have to head out the house.

So I'm going to post this part now, then come back and update the word count.
