I've been editing this book forever. But I've decided to unpublished the rest of this book and publish it all gradually when it's in a state I'm a bit more pleased with. Thank you for understanding and in the meanwhile, don't hesitate to PM me or write a message on my public message board. I'd be more than happy to read you book or edit a chapter or two.
