I rushed down the hallway to meet ivory for a " very important" meeting. She always says things like this. The burning flames of hate are growing inside my chest as I walk to meet my competitor.

" Ah there you are alyssa! We have been looking everywhere for you! Where have you been?" She said in the softest voice she has probably ever spoken in. I glared at her. Her face changed from sweetness to complete confusion.
" What ever is the matter?" She asked.

" Oh you know found out some things this morning as MY husband and I ate breakfast and drank tumtum juice. Anything you would like to add?" I snarled at her surprised face.

" Oh! Alyssa. I didn't do anything to him. What did he tell you? It was probably all a lie, you know how he is with lying." She snapped out of nervousness.

" Well, first of all he wasn't lying. Second of all he said you used to give him tumtum juice to get him into your bed, but he also said you stopped when you first saw me!" I screeched in the silent hallway.

" Oh well he wasn't telling the truth but the meeting is more important can we finish discussing this later?"

" Fine." No I wanted to scream no at the top of my lungs this was my husband she was talking about. She had Finley and now is calling a meeting for just the two if us what is going on? I wanted Morpheus to be here to calm me down. He heard me. I can tell because a moth the size of a baseball glove runs into the window I can sense it winking. A shiver runs down my spine. I start to sprint to catch up to ivory's walk I look over to the windows to find Morpheus following me.

We finally reach the meeting room. We sit down in our seats. She starts off by saying, "You may have not been informed that there was a battle in the looking glass realm but Finley was fighting in it. Before they found victory Finley found that a sword went through his abdomen and sadly died." I feel awful for the way I acted and decided not to discuss my problem any further. "You may leave now ."

"My deepest condolences."

" Thank you, fairfraren." She sniffled

" Fairfraren."

Once I left Morpheus appears in front of me. He wraps me in his arms. My head against his cheats I listen to his heart beat, I close my eyes and surrender to the beat of his heart. I look up to him in a haze. He smiles then guides me down the hall and back to our home.
