MCD Season 3 hasn't been coming for a month now.
Not to say ,

But .. Where is it?...
It's been alot of Mystreet Recently and some indie games along with challenges.

There could be other more practical and typical answers such as ,
"It's the kids! Silly!"
"They're working hard on it , just wait"
"They haven't completed the episode maybe."
"Maybe they're out of town so they can't make the video."

Probably by now , Aphmau/Jess would have announced something on her Twitter account about it.
But nothing came. Nothing.
