April's Agony

Anguish was felt in the ticking ten

For you kept on complaining

'Bout how you missed the boat as a man,

And for facing adversities way too much

The torment I was clutching then

Was like a disintegrated painting

'Cause this was not the plan

Worthy of our compassionate touch

At twelve, I kept querying when

Will your beautiful ghost stop blaming

For unknowing things, you don't understand

Like why you always get crushed

April's in immeasurable agony again

For in my mind, it was raining

And were shivering, my hands

For this can't be swept away with a little brush
