Soul by Blood

They say blood is thicker than water
But I remember, how blood wreck my sanity
How can I stay with them forever
If they leave me while it's raining heavily.

They say pen is mightier than the sword
So I wrote stories and various poems
Since I'm falling into pieces,
I grabbed a chalk and drew a puzzle on the board.

I thought it was my end;
I thought I will never mend
Until I saw your own pieces,
You let me realized that I'm not alone.

I never thought someone would give me a rose
And remove the poisonous thorns on the road
We learned how to make things right and straight,
Getting our broken pieces back into place.

My sin and pain were dark as black
But you thought me how to light up when it's rough,
Your soul and mine were connected
Like the color red, tormented but contented.

Hey soul sister,
I know we can surpass any challenges together
So let's punch a hole on the wall,
Play the endless game and defeat them all.
