"So that's how you got here," Gandalf said after I had finished telling my tale.

 " I did wonder how or what brought you here
But I didn't expect this. " "How did Bilbo's ring get in another realm and still have one in ours?" A curious Frodo asked.

 "I don't know." Said the wizard, "That's what we need to find out. Frodo, Gail, let me see the rings for a moment."

 We each gave our jewelry to Gandalf and he anxiously tossed them into the fire.

"What are you doing!?" An alarmed Frodo exclaimed. Gandalf didn't answer. Instead he patiently waited , letting the gold rings sit in the embers for a bit.

 He then grabbed a pair of iron tongs and gently lifted them out of the ashes, placing the ring's twin in the palm of my hand.

 I flinched in fear of being burned, but the pain never came. "It's quite cool." The wizard said after seeing my look of concern.

He then gave the other ring to Frodo. "Do you see anything?" Gandalf says when we both have our jewelry.

 " No".... The hobbit tells him. Gandalf sighs with relief.  "Endórë?" I say as faint letters began to appear in a fiery glow. "Endórë?" He says with surprise, "Are you sure?"

Just as I was about to reply Frodo cried out, "Wait, I see something. It's some sort of Elvish, I can't read it." "There are very few who can." Said the grey wizard.

"It is that of the language of Mordor." He explained, "Such words I will not utter here. In the common tounge it says, one ring to rule them all. One ring to find them, one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them."

  " This is the Ring forged by the Dark lord Sauron, in the fires of Mnt.Doom... taken from the hand of Sauron by Isildor himself. "

"The ring Bilbo found in Gollum's cave." Frodo said, looking shocked. 

"Yes," Gandalf replied, "For 60 years it lay quietly in your uncle's keeping, delaying old age, prolonging his life.... but no longer. Evil is  stirring in Mordor. The ring has awoken, it's heard it's master's call."

  Just then a creepy whisper was heard from the ring , making us all turn and me jump.

"The ring has a master?" I ask. "It's master is Sauron," He says.  "But I thought Sauron was destroyed!" Says Frodo. 

"He was, " The wizard said, " Or so we thought . "His spirit survived, he only needs the ring to cover up the world in a second darkness. He is seeking it, seeking it. All his thought is bent on it, for the Ring desires above all else to return to it's master. For they are one, master and ring. Frodo, he must never find it."

"But what about my ring?!" I ask, " Is it evil too?"

 "Endórë is the name of the ring made for the great lore master . " Gandalf tells me. "Endórë is the ancient Quenya for word for Middle Earth, and the owner of that ring goes by the name that perhaps you may know..." I look at the wizard curiously.

"His name is Tolkien. " He says.
