3rd Person's POV

"We need to talk." They all said in unison

Dillon gets up from Jacob's lap and walks over to his brother and his mom. He hugs his mom and then looks towards his brother.

"How come you're talking to me? And since when did you start caring whether I'm still alive or not?!" Dillon says

"I didn't care at first. But after I thought about it for a while, I knew that you were still you no matter what your sexuality is." Ian says

"But then if you knew that, then how come you didn't come and talk to me? Why did you give me the cold shoulder and act as is I didn't even exist?! WHY?!" Dillon says, raising his voice at the end

"Because-"

"Because, what?!" Dillon cuts him off

"Because of dad!" Ian shouts

"Why?!"

"He said he would disown me if I even so much as breathed in your direction."

Dillon's POV

I didn't know that this was happening. I love my brother a lot and he shouldn't have had to go through that. Man, I feel like an idiot. I didn't even try to get an answer out of him as to why he was acting the way he was. 

"-illon! Dillon!!" 

I'm pulled out of my thoughts when I see a hand in my face and a voice shouting my name. I look at Jacob with a blank expression, I then smile at him.

"You okay babe?" he asks me

I nod my head "Just trying to comprehend all of this." I say.

3rd Person's POV

"BABE?!" Dillon's mom (Laura) and brother both say aloud.

"Oh! Right... yeah um-" Dillon says hesitantly

"We're waiting" Laura says impatiently

"Hesmymate" I rush out

"What?!" They both ask

"He's my mate..."

Ian and Laura both stare at them in shock.

Dillon's POV

So I just told my mom and brother that Jacob is my mate, and their reactions right now are priceless but, they aren't saying anything. Which is slightly nerve wracking.

Laura Black's POV

My son's mate is a WHAT?!

He must be joking. That can't be possible!

(A/N: Well he's not. So get over it)

3rd Person's POV

"So you're telling us that this- this mutt-"

"That mutt is a werewolf"

"This werewolf is you mate?!"  

"Yes, this werewolf is my mate and his name is Jacob thank you very much."

"Okay let me get this straight. You a werewolf is my little brother's mate who is a vampire?"

"Yes I am."

"Well that was unexpected" Ian said. 

Jacob's POV

So I just met my mate's family and it was pretty cool.... Oh who am I kidding this shit is fucking terrifying! I'm the only wolf out of 3 vampires all in the same room. Even if I'm an Alpha that doesn't mean they won't hesitate to beat my ass. Even if my mate just came of age he can still beat my ass if I'm being completely honest right now. So how do I break down the other part of being my mate, that I haven't told any of them yet. I hope that his mom and brother knows then that would be less shocked vampires to deal with.
