"He's adorable" Mrs. Fong whispered.

"He is...and he'll always be safe with us" Mr. Fong said as he kissed Mrs. Fong on her cheek that was watery from her tears of joy.

They both smiled at their baby, Evan Fong, as Mrs. Fong held her little neko son in her hands.

"Aww look at his little ears!" Mrs. Fong Shouted in a whisper.

"Yes Dear, it's cute but let's put the hat on..." Mr. Fong said as he had a tiny hat for Evan and put it on him which made him look twice as adorable he was before. Minutes later a nurse case in to check on them and had a confused look onto why they brought a hat for the baby.

"He'll be named Evan Fong, Correct?" The nurse said as she opened a pen and left the cap in her mouth as she wrote down the name on a piece of paper.

"Uh— Yes!" Mrs. Fong said with an awkward smile.

"Alright! You guys are all set! You can go home now, drive safely" The nurse said with a bright smile and a nod as she waved at Baby Evan. The two fixed their hats on top of their heads to hide away their cat ears and quickly fixed their bottoms to make sure to tuck in their tail. The two put on their heavy coats and wrapped Evan in a cute owl blanket and made their way out onto their car. Mrs. Fong sat in the back seat holding baby Evan as Mr. Fong drove their way back home.

They all were a happy family until that day... that very day...on a Saturday. Evan just turned 15 a few weeks ago.... and on a rainy Saturday the simple loving family, still keeping their neko "parts" a secret, were driving on the road until a cop pulled them over.

Mr. Fong quickly assigned everyone to cover their heads, Everyone obeyed.

*tap tap*

Mr. Fong rolled down his window...and that's when it happened.

"Sir I'm going to have to ask you to get out of the vehicle" An officer with a puffy mustache, tan skin, and a puffy Black Afro.

"What for officer? I've done nothing wrong" Mr. Fong said calmly.

Mrs. Fong got out the car as she walked closer the officer and her husband. The officer knocked off Mr. Fong's hat for his grey-ish cat ears to appear.

"A-Hah! You're one of those knee-co's everyone's talking about! And finally I found you, you're coming with me!" The officer said as he grabbed Mr. Fong's arm and roughly pulled him away from the car as Mrs. Fong ran up to them and separated his grip from her husband.

"Back away lady!" The officer said as he grabbed his gun and aimed at Mrs. Fong.

Mr. Fong acted quickly and tried to push the gun away from the officer but instead heard the gun fire onto his direction...and soon a body falling onto his knees...

Mr. Fong... has been shot....

Mrs. Fong screamed in pain as she went up to her fatally shot husband.

"B-baby it's going to be okay!" Mrs. Fong repeated as she covered her hand onto the wound and eventually had her hands filled with blood as her husband died in her arms.

Evan ran out crying as he tried to make his father wake up, but he never did...

"YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Mrs. Fong yelled screaming her voice out until it broke as she ran up to the officer and battled against the gun as Evan stared in fear with tears streaming down his cheeks and down on his coat from the rain.

*BOOM*

The trigger has been pulled again... and another body dropped, this time it was Mrs. Fong....

Evan screamed and ran over to his mother and tried to make her stay awake but she looked at Evan and said three words that instantly broke Evan's heart.

"I Love...you"

The officer looked at the bodies then back at Evan as he ran into his car and drove away leaving Evan screaming until he lost his voice as his face was red filled with anger and guilt.

Until you came in...

"Damn...I'm sorry to hear that Evan, but don't worry I'll protect you" A tall man said as he narrowed his eyebrows staring at the young male sitting on his bed explaining his whole story.

"It's okay..I-it's not your fault.." Evan said as his voice cracked and started to get teary until the older male immediately went up to hug him.

"Shh~ Shh~ it's okay Evan...It's okay...." The older male said while rubbing Evan's back.

"Thanks Tyler" Evan said as he gave a small smile up at Tyler.

Tyler smiled as he gave Evan a kiss on the forehead and tucked Evan into bed and finally turned off the lights to instantly hear Evan's soft purrs and snores.

Tyler thought it was so cute but instantly realized that he was watching Evan sleep only to hear his snores and quickly went to his bedroom to sigh and think about Evan's rough past, he hopes he'll give Evan a good caregiver to raise him instead of Tyler, since Tyler is worried he won't be a good influence on him.

Tyler rolled his eyes and rubbed his face as he grabbed pills from the bed table to make him sleep and slowly drifted onto a peaceful sleep only for it to be ruined by a bunch of people banging on the entrance door.
