The following weeks passed very quickly and were filled to the brim with activities.  Since Khao and First decided to get married, there has not been even a single day of peace at the Institute, and the entire motorsport world has been living with rumors about it for a long time.  An engagement he helped organize made him think of an idea, but he didn't know how to implement it.  Gemini returned to the Non-Magical world just for a moment to meet Rose.  After long and difficult persuasion, P'Zee allowed him to let Rose in on the affairs of their world, and Gemini eventually had to spend the night at Rose's to tell her everything.  He knew that his friend missed him very much, even though she hadn't seen him for only 7 months, but for him it had been over two years.  He told her about how time passes much faster on Gaia II.  And at the very end, like a cherry on the cake, he left information about Iris's pregnancy.  When he told her this, Rose became visibly sad.

“What's going on?”

“No, nothing is happening.  Why would anything be happening?” Rose asked in a nervous voice on one exhale, crumpling the piece of bedding they were sitting on in her hands.  Gem wasn't fooled.

“I can see it. Rosie, you're my friend for so long, you can't fool me”.

“Gemi, I'm sorry to say this, but while you were gone, I had a lot of time to think and I decided that no matter what, I would tell you the truth.  Because you see, I know that I will always be just a friend to you, I know that you will never see me as anything else, but I can't help it... Gem, I'm really sorry, but I've fallen in love with you”.

She didn't look at him.  Her cheeks and ears turned red.  She gripped the sheets even tighter.  Gem was stunned.  He didn't expect this but he appreciated her sincere words. For him, Rose had always been his best friend, someone he could tell anything to.  After all, Rose knew about his search for his mysterious handsome stranger, she even helped him with it...

Gem covered her hands with his.  When she looked up, he gave her a warm smile.

“Rose, you know I love you, right?  But it's like you say, you're like a sister to me.  Rose, maybe I wasn't entirely sure about it at the beginning, maybe I didn't understand everything back then, but a lot has happened recently and now I know it for sure: I'm gay and I'm in love with Fourth. I love him to the point that if I would have to suffer to make him happy or safe, I'd do it with smile. I love him, Rosie, I love him very much. Sorry”.

Gem would be a liar if he said he wasn't afraid to tell her that.  He was scared, but what scared him even more was the prospect of lying to someone who didn't deserve it.  Rose nodded briefly, blinked rapidly as if to ward off unwanted tears, and smiled back.  And he kept talking.

“I don't want to break your heart, I'm not saying this to hurt you.  This is how I am, this is how I was born.  Do you remember that sometimes I felt like I didn't fit in with the people around me?”

“I remember, but you don't care about such things, you don't care about other people's opinions about you”.

“Correction: I don't care about the opinions of people I don't know personally and who aren't close to me, but it was a time when I really didn't know who I was and what was happening to me.  You know my parents, you know that they're tolerant and understanding, and yet I was afraid to tell them about it, it seemed to me that I had let them down, that it was my fault, that there was something wrong with me.  I didn't tell anyone about it because I was ashamed.  But now I'm not ashamed anymore.  Maybe it's because I'm no longer looking for an answer: I've already found it”.

“I know.  It's Fourth, right?  Will you tell me about him?”

“Are you sure you can listen to this?”

“Sure, you know I love shipping boys together!  Tell me about him.  Besides, Gemi, you have been looking for him for so long that I, as your sincere and devoted friend, can only be happy”.

“But you said you fell in love with me.”

“Yes, but don't worry, I was aware from the very beginning that I had no chance with you.  I can handle it.  I'm a strong girl, remember?”

“Ok, Rose, because I have so much to tell you!”

His voice was filled with happiness and excitement.  He had long dreamed of the moment when he would tell everything to his best friend, the girl who supported him in this search from the beginning.  Rose prepared snacks and cold drinks for them.  Gem started by showing her the photos on his phone.  With Rose, he never had to worry about being politically correct or polite, he was able to trust her with his deepest desires and share his plans for the future with her.

“He's really handsome.  You know?  I'm not surprised at all.  As a 100% straight girl I can tell you that he is super hot!”

“Hey!  Do not even think about it!  This is my boyfriend! Why everyone wants to steal my boy?!” Gem shouted at her with mock indignation and hit her lightly on the back with a pillow. Somehow it reminded him of song from band called One Direction:

Everybody wanna steal my girl
Everybody wanna take her heart away
Couple billion in the whole wide world
Find another one 'cause she belongs to me

He was almost sure that he wanted some of his friend to sing that song at his wedding but with changes of words. He was thinking about NuNew or even Phu with Pond. With Phu's great English it would sound very beautiful and touching.

“Oh, I was joking!  I'm not going to take it away from you.  I'll find someone of my own.  Now tell me, have you done it yet?”

“What is it? What are you asking about?” Gemini pretended not to understand what she meant.  Rose, with a sly smile on her face, made a gesture with her hands that was very unambiguous.  “I guess I don't have to tell you about it.”

Gem felt himself blushing.

Yes, Rose was his closest friend, but there had to be limits, right?

“Of course you don't have to.  I was just curious.”

“Rose, I don't think I need to explain to you how wrong it is for you to even think about this, do I?”

“I'm sorry,” the girl muttered quietly, very embarrassed.  “You've changed.  Once upon a time, you would have told me about it right away”.

“I think I've grown up.  I think so.  I've been through a lot lately and seen a lot of things from a new perspective.  Oh, I don't know if you've already read about it, but Fourth's brother will soon marry Formula 1 driver, Khaotung!”

“You're not serious!  Your Stranger has a BROTHER who will be married to THAT Khaotung Thanawat everyone is talking about?!”

Rose jumped with excitement.  She read a lot about it on the Internet, but she didn't believe everything they wrote there. 

“You have to tell me everything you know!  Come on, tell me”.

Rose clapped her hands and for the next several dozen minutes she listened with a blush on her face as Khao asked Gemini for help, revealing at the same time that he also asked Lewis.  Thanawat wanted his engagement to be unforgettable and an event that would forever end discrimination in Formula 1. He also had another idea: he told Gemini that they had talked to First about adopting at least two kids from an orphanage because they have already met a siblings who stole their hearts.

„And you know, Rosie, then they will be such a real family, and do you understand how fantastic that is?!  Because First was kidnapped at the age of six and was tortured by his new family just to make him forget that he was magical.  You have no idea how happy I am!  Our children will be able to play together and grow up together, isn't it wonderful?”

His eyes sparkled with joy and Rose no longer felt sad that she wasn't part of this family.  She knew that in her friend's heart she would always be his beloved sister, that she would always be his family and that would have to be enough for her.  Rose could be mean and selfish, but when she listened to her friend's stories, she understood that it would be cruel to come between people who were in love and destroy it.  She smiled at him.

“You've really grown up, Gemi.  You are no longer that charming mischief-maker, you are a grown man who will soon have his own family.  I regret that I missed the moment when it happened”.

“Don't worry, Rosie, we have many more moments together ahead of us.  And if you help me with something, you will receive an invitation to a double wedding”.

“Invitation to a double wedding?  How is this possible?”

“I've been thinking a lot about this lately and... I know you read a lot of romance novels, maybe you could tell me how to organize it to make our engagement unforgettable?”

“You've come to the right place, I've always dreamed of being able to observe two boys in love up close!  Tell me what ideas you had and I'll tell you what goes with it”.

They spent the next hours until 1 a.m. coming up with the most charming and romantic ways to propose.  Gem expected this might be difficult for Rose, so he was a little hesitant to tell her, but seeing her eagerness and her sparkling eyes, he knew his fears were unfounded.  His friend discussed all the possibilities with him for a long time and finally they decided on something modest, but very charming and romantic.  Rose promised to take care of the details.  Gemini had only two tasks: to choose the right rings (they both believed that Gem should choose two identical ones, one for himself, the other for Fourth) and to bring Fourth to his home in the non-magical world that Dunk and Phuwin previously  will help prepare.  Rose came up with a really cute plan that she was very proud of and wrote down in her favorite notebook with a dinosaur cover.

Gemini was sure this was what he wanted. To have real, big family. And his family will be even bigger because Khaotung, First and their addopted kids will be part of it too. He never thought that his life will go this direction. When he was younger, the most he wanted to be a part of Knights of the Light, he was imagining that he will meet someone, girl or boy(at that time because of his mom and aunt he hoped to meet cute girl to not disappoint parents), he will spend at least few years learning how to be great Knight of the Light and that at the end he will marry a girl at the age of at least 30. He wanted to work. He also wanted to make his dreams come true. He dreamed also about being part of his university football team. But now everything has changed but he was incredibly happy with this change.

Both he and Fourth had already completed all training at the Knights of Light Academy, and any day now they would participate in the rune awarding ceremony during which they and the other students would be officially recognized as full Knights of Light.  Gem initially wanted to use this ceremony to propose, but Rose advised him against it.

“If you don't want your boyfriend to escape, you better not do it in such a crowded place.  Too many people, too much stress and too much pressure.  You have known about your magical world for a long time, but for Fourth this ceremony itself will be a big event, and this may cause him to refuse you under stress.  It's fun to watch in movies, but in real life it's not necessarily a good idea”.

“Oh shit, I didn't think about that,” Gemi ran his hand through his hair in his typical gesture.  Rose smiled sadly at the sight, but he knew better than to ignore it, his friend didn't like it when people felt sorry for her, she hated pity, she wanted to be seen as strong and he knew she could handle it.

“Don't worry, we'll figure something out,” she said calmly, lightly nudging his shoulder.

And they came up with it.  Gemini was still having a hard time accepting this.  It seemed like just yesterday, when he was still drawing pictures of the mysterious stranger, looking for him everywhere, and yet he was quite nearby, and now suddenly he and Rose were planning their engagement!

"My Fourth, my Fifi, my charming and handsome Stranger!" He thought with pride and emotion. His eyes glazed over dangerously, so he blinked to keep from crying. He was extremely touched. He imagined many ways to ask Fourth to do so.  to become his husband. He liked one idea the most and decided to do everything he could to bring it to life, but for now he had to prepare for the rune ceremony. Rose was right, it would be a great event.

P'Zee gave them a few days off before the ceremony while the Council of Two Hundred met.  The Council of Two Hundred consisted of 200 representatives of various Magical and hybrid groups living throughout Thailand and in other countries.  At their request, Zee also invited the most important people from their magical world.  In a meeting that lasted three long days, during which all participants were completely isolated from the outside world, something resembling a conclave in the non-magical world took place.  Louis Tomlinson, together with Lewis Hamilton, Harry Potter and Alexander Lightwood-Bane, presented a proposal to create a new king of the magical world who would have power over everyone.

A separate part of the Institute was allocated for them, with access to just one of the gardens, where they could walk around as much as they wanted, contemplate and discuss individual candidates.  Each of them could present one of their candidates.  Zee and Tay Tawan, who held an equally high position and was a member of the Council of Two Hundred, had already agreed that one of them would propose Gemini and the other Fourth.  Zee knew exactly how to play this.  He allowed Tay to suggest Gemini because he knew Tawan had a great gift for persuasion.  Both boys, despite their young age, had already demonstrated willpower, courage and courage that even the other much more experienced Knights of Light could envy.

Lewis Hamilton, who had the opportunity to meet the boys in person, strongly supported both candidates during the first vote, although he had a different proposal.  When it was his turn to speak, he gathered his notes and walked to the raised podium, from which he had a perfect view of everyone gathered.

He coughed, drank from a glass of water and began to speak.

“I think that both candidates presented just now, both Gemini Norawit Titicharoenrak”  Lewis had a slight problem pronouncing the boy's name “and Fourth Nattawat Puitrakul, are great candidates.  Each of them has features that are very important to our magical world, but I would like to introduce you to First Kanaphan Puitrakul.  First Kanaphan is Fourth's brother, six years older than him, and has great magical abilities.  His candidacy is also supported by his knowledge of the non-magical world, thanks to which he can better understand their desires and fears, which we can use to make ordinary people slowly accept us”.

Later, Lewis showed a presentation on both Puitrakul brothers.

Harry Potter, sitting between Zee Pruk and Pierre Gasly, head of the Shadowhunters unit in charge of Formula 1, wrote down all the names just in case.  Draco Malfoy, who had been seated directly opposite Harry so that they could freely glance at each other without arousing suspicion, frowned.  Zee wasn't sure if his plan would work.  The other candidates were really strong.  Harry Styles, Fernando Alonso and many many others... They had to find something that would help convince the others that Gemini, Fourth or First were the most suitable candidates for this position.

They failed to reach an agreement on the first day, but managed to eliminate the candidates with the fewest votes.  However, there were still five others who were equally strong besides Gemini, Fourth and First.

Harry Styles, who was leading the rankings, showed up the next morning and announced that he was giving up his claim to the crown.  He did what his husband, Louis Tomlinson, had done a few years earlier.  Harry in the Non-Magical world was a very busy man and couldn't take on more responsibilities.

Zee launched his campaign on the second day and began to convince all undecided voters to vote for Fourth or Gemini.  Somehow he couldn't imagine First as a king, something was clearly missing, something Gemini certainly had.

On the third day everything became clear.  Gemini gained a majority of 3/4 of the votes.  Zee, hearing the announcement of such results and thus the announcement of the end of the meeting of the most important representatives of their magical world, smiled with pride.  He was glad that his subordinate had been chosen.  It was also his own huge personal success, because deep down, P'Zee had secretly supported Gemini from the very beginning.

As soon as P'Zee returned to his office, he ordered someone to bring the unsuspecting Gemini to him.  He couldn't wait to tell the news to the young man.  The spirit of a prankster had awakened in him, and his desire to make fun of his subordinates was even more fueled by the fact that NuNew agreed to be his boyfriend completely officially and without any hiding.  Now it was NuNu who suggested placing hidden cameras in several strategic places in the room to record Gemini's reaction.  Nu, knowing how much Nat loved mischief of any kind, ran to get him.

It was Nat who suggested calling Fourth as well.  It was Nat's idea to gather them in one of the rooms that served the students of the Knights of Light Academy.  It was Nat and NuNew who were setting up the cameras, giggling and whispering to each other constantly.  It was NuNew who found an old parchment on which a prophecy regarding the new King of the Magical World was written.  It was Nat who asked Max to explain everything to Gemini.  Their entire team of mischief-makers laughed loudly, imagining the boys' faces when they found out.
