"Jaan come on..sleep.ohh..Ohh." Nandini tries to make Mia sleep while whining today.

"Jaan what happened? Why are you not sleeping." Nandini asks Mia, worried about her chin wobbling up and about to cry.

"Ok ok, shh...see Ma and teddy both sleeping with Mia. Come on sleep." Nandini tried to make Mia lay down, but Mia held Nandini's dress tightly, and cried.

"Ma..ma Papa.." Mia cried loudly which increased Nandini's worries.

"Mia Ma here baby. Shhh..." She whipped her tears and took her in arms and walked to Aarav's room to see Manik and Aarav.

"What happened to her?" Manik and Aarav rush to them, Manik takes Mia in arms who is still crying loudly.

"I don't know Manik...she whined the time she woke up, she ate little, I thought she tried to make her sleep but she started crying I don't know Manik..." Nandini said in tears seeing Mia non stop crying.

"Jaan Cool down. Nothing... princess what happened baby say to papa?" Manik tries to see Mia's face which hides into Manik's neck, crying.

"Little mouse see na. Don't cry, strong babies won't cry." Aarav said holding her leg but Mia continued to cry, breathing heavily.

"Ma..Manik she is breathing heavily...baby.." Nandini becomes scared seeing Mia. red face, sweating heavily.

"Let's take her to the doctor fast." Manik said, walking out fast, with Aarav and Nandini behind him.

"Boss what happened?" Rock asked his bodyguard.

"Car the car fast." Rock ran to bring a car, Manik took the driver 's seat with Mia who didn't leave him, Nandini and Aarav sat back and looked at Mia worriedly.

"Jaan see Ma... please." Nandini cries, whipping Mia's face who slowly closing her eyes.

"Manikkkk..She closed her eyes.." Nandini becomes more hyper seeing Mia.

"Jaan calmed down, she might have become tired of crying. You calm down." Manik said strictly to make Nandini sniffed, Aarav hugged her and tried to calm her down.

They reached the hospital and ran inside with Mia, to see the doctor.

"Manik you here? What happened?" Family doctor of Manik asked them.

"Doctor Mia has been continuously crying, not eating. Now the temperature has increased , please see her." Nandini asked, crying.

"Don't worry, come with me." Doctor walked to his cabin, asked Manik to lay Mia on bed.

Doctor checked her, Manik held Nandini tightly and sobbing in his arms, Aarav holding her hands tightly and rubbing it.

"Manik anything happened in past weeks like the fight between you guys that Mia witnessed." Doctor asked to check her.

"No doctor we didn't fight and all that too in front of kids. Actually a thing happened like.. Nandini was kidnapped with kids' ' Manik said the doctor nodded.

"That is the problem, she might have gotten scared of those things." Doctor said,

"But doctor, she was fine till morning. She had a nap in the afternoon, from that time on, she continuously whined and cried for all." Nandini said.

"Nandini yes, but a kid mind and heart is sensitive, they may get affect. Did she had any nightmare?" Doctor asked, manan nodded no.

"That's good. Make sure she don't get it. Someone please be with her." Doctor said.

"Doctor, her body is burning." Nandini said, touching Mia's face and hands.

"She cried a lot.. Don't worry it will be ok soon. Make sure she is happy, and mainly make her believe you guys are always with her." Doctor said, Manan nodded.

Manana left with Aarav and Mia from the hospital. Nandini held Mia tightly to her, Aarav caressing Mia's head. Manik driving with full concentration.

Full night and next day Nandini was with mia, feeding her playing with her, Aarav.

"Ba.baby throw..ball." Mia threw it and clapped her hands. Now her fever went and she ran around happily. 

Manik noticed Nandini avoiding him and concentrated fully on Aarav and mia.

"Papa see..Mia, ma." Mai showed a drawing of her and Nandini, with trees and mountains behind.

"So cute baby." Manik caressed and kissed her forehead. 

"Sorry baby, it's Papa's mistake you are suffering. Don't worry Papa is not leaving you." Manik thought to himself.

"Princess, you know Papa doesn't leave his princess right?" Manik said to Mia, who frowned first and stood up on his lap.

"Papa no go ho..Mia cry." Mia said, pulling his cheek.

"No crying, Papa not leaving Mia. He is always with her." Manik said, rubbing his face on her stomach for which Mia felt tickling, threw her head back and laughed loudly.

"Haha..Papa...haha...hehehe.." Mai shouted while laughing, Manik rubbed more and kissed her cheek.

Manik hugged her near his face,Mia holding his head tightly smiling. Nandini and Aarav smiled seeing it from outside.

"Ma don't worry, Papa won't make her cry again." Aarva said, looking at them.

"I know Aarav, but Mafia Don can't be silent na. He is planning something else which will surely affect us." Nandini thought to herself and smiled at Aarav.

At night, Manik patted Mia's head and made her sleep but his eye was on Nandini who was avoiding him.

Manik glanced at Mia and Aarav who were fast asleep. He covered them and moved to Nandini's side who was about to sleep beside Aarav,he picked her up suddenly which scared her.

"Mani..Manik leave me." Nandini whispered, but Manik walked to the balcony and kept her on the couch outside. 

Nandini tried to stand up but Manik pushed her on the couch again. Nandini glared at Manik who was even glaring at her.

"Why are you ignoring me? From yesterday I am seeing." Manik asked strictly.

Nandini refused to open her mouth

"Jaan stop testing my patience and say why?" Manik said to her angrily.

"What should I say? What you want me to say when my daughter needs me the most. Even if I say you are not going to listen to me." Nandini said angrily and at last had tears.

Manik kneels down in front of her, cups her face, "jaan, I know you are angry at me. I know I am responsible for mia....

"No, it's me. Not you Manik." Nandini's words shocked Manik.

"What!"

"It's my mistake all, I shouldn't have met you, shouldn't have loved you, not married you anything. It's all affecting my babies. Did you know how much scared I was? " Nandini words hurt Manik alot.

"I know I am hurting you but it's right. I don't feel any happiness again because my husband is a Mafia don. I am scared. I loved the Manik who was simple and had a normal life, not you. Manik I didn't ask you anything, leave Mafia that what I need." Nandini said with tears. Manik sat without any reaction.

"If you are so silent, then leave me and my kids. We will go somewhere and be happy..please..." Manik cried, and saw Manik not saying anything.

"Mani.." Manik raised his hands which made her stop.

He looked at her with unknown emotions which Nandini couldn't read, "I understand my life is not normal, simple like you thought. It's different, dangerous and big, I know. Let's do something Nandu......"

Nandini's heart rose hearing his words. He held her jaws tightly and pulled her into him,

"Make something clear in your mind, you are not leaving me or taking my kids with you. I won't be silent. From now on no danger or shadow of that too touches you and kids. It's my promise to you." Nandini looked straight into his eyes which held more pain and tears which refused to come down. 

She closed the gap and joined their lips, but Manik pulled back, "Don't, when you don't want to be a wife of Mafia Don. I want love from my wife, not only physical relationship." Walked inside his room saying it leaving crying Nandini behind.

"Sorry Manik, I know I am hurting you but kids are so important. Your act and works are only scaring me. What should I do, Manik?" Nandini thought, closed her legs near her chest, and sat there the whole night crying. 

Manik hit the wall in anger, "you know what you should Jaan. Support me and be with me forever, that's what I need. After I finish my work I myself will say everything to you." He slept beside Mia, thinking.
