"I love you Danielle."

Beep...beep...beep.

"Forever and always."

Beep...beep...beep.

"I love you." I mumbled.

My eyes watered as it took so much effort just to open them. I wanted to call out but there was no voice in me.

"I have something for you."

The only thing flashing every few seconds was only a distant memory in my mind.

Just a memory.

"Me too." I could hear myself.

His sweet smile warmed my heart as he pulled out a small little black box. I gently grabbed it in my hands and opened it with awe as a silver necklace and matching bracelet was in it. I closed my eyes as my mind faded back to a moment where I was handing him also a something.

"Just in case I disappoint you."

"Why would you disappoint me?" His voice whispered.

"Just know that I love you."

I could see myself grabbing his hand and quickly placed my gift in his hand. He opened his hand and a smile crept to his sweet lips.

"No one has ever given a gift to me." He smiled and stared in his hand a necklace with a ring I slipped in. I showed him my finger with the same matching ring on me.

"I love you Joe."

I bolted my head up and gasp as everything around me was unknown. White walls surrounded me and beside me a monitor was attached to me. Unknown tears slipped from my eyes as fear screamed in me.

"Everything will be okay." an unknown voice spoke to me. "Just breath in and out okay?"

I looked everywhere as more flashes crossed by.

"Hello Danielle." A shadow loom over me. "Take a deep breath okay?"

My heart froze and panic surged in me as I couldn't feel my own muscles move.

"Open wide. Don't be afraid."

I breathed in and out just like the past voices spoke to me. I tried sitting up but it just caused my heart to accelerate in fear as I could only remember strangers talking to me.

Joe? Who is Joe?

My thoughts swarmed in me as I kept remembering those distant pieces of flash of memories.

"Breath..." I heard the very familiar voice of my mother. Again I opened my eyes and saw my mother crying.

What happened here?

"M-pppfhfh!" I tried speaking but it only came out muffled and a inner yell. My mouth was numb and my body was stiff. So many things ran in my head as I wondered what happened to me. Only one thought was haunting me....

Joe where is he?
