2. Be nice
Let's be good sports when we don't get what we want. There are many many choices in this book to come.

3. Be patient
It takes several hours for me to get the adoptables completed.

4. Be polite
We're asking for things here. I would appreciate if it wasn't too demanding. Thank you.

5. Don't be afraid!
You may be uncomfortable asking for an animal. But please don't, I am too, and I don't mind : )
