Laila's POV

After school, Maddie and I went to see the friendliest, prettiest, smartest and best student from the prefects.....

She use to be the primary level best dancer and singer.....Now she is a high school student...which means we can't see each other often...

We use to see each other every time during recess but now we won't. I really want to get over middle school and go straight to high school.......

Narrator (me)

The two girls were walking through a hallway full of huge teenagers. They were like ants walking among giants. Once Laila caught Amelia's shadow she straight away ran to Amelia her right hand pulling Maddie. Both of them hugged Amelia from the back like they haven't seen each other in years. Amelia being her caring self hugged them back. Amelia was so surprised that Laila was in front of her eyes after a long summer break.

Amelia's POV

Today was so tiring it's impossible to get worse or even more tiring. I really miss middle school, I miss Laila and Maddie even more. 'Maybe I should go and see her later she couldn't possibly went back so early right??' I thought. While I was putting my books in my locker I saw the picture Max took of me, Laila and Maddie I felt my heart sank. Boy I miss them.

When I was about to close my locker I heard footsteps running towards my direction. I couldn't bother the sound that was so noisy and irritating but I just ignored it.

When I turned around two shorter girls were hugging me like there was no tomorrow. I jumped in shock, when I realized it was Laila and Maddie I couldn't help so I hugged them tighter.

I was so glad to see them. They don't know how happy I am to see them. This is the first time in a million years, I'm so happy that I could cry.

Laila's POV

She was prettier than the last time I saw her. I still remember her smile, the sweetest smile on earth. I am so happy that I finally get to see her.

We were talking in the hallway when all of a sudden I felt a pair of warm hands on my shoulder and a hoarse voice shouting my Nick name "Lala!". I was shocked that I screamed frightened.
When I turned around I saw a pair of sparkling blue eyes that were staring at me. I blushed at the sight when everyone was staring at me and Max due to my 'amazing voice'.

Max apologized to me and everyone on behalf of me due to the sound pollution. I really was melting on how caring he was to apologize on my behalf. I was stuck in 'Max dreamland' when i was looking at his 'attractive everything'.

When he noticed me staring I quickly looked away from him hoping that he doesn't notice me staring or blushing. Amelia and Maddie kept on giving me the 'gugu' eyes signalling me as I was blushing. Amelia saved me (as usual) from this very awkward moment by asking Max about their homework schedule. I signalled her a 'thank you' and she nodded in response. I am so lucky and glad to have her around with me.

The four of us went to the parking lot and looked for our transport as usual Maddie's parents always come early to pick her up from school.

Me and Amelia will continue to talk to each other and try to catch up on everything. In the other hand Max went mingling around with his friends.

After a while of talking, my mom came to pick me up and I went home after saying my goodbyes. Once I reached home I ran straight to my room. After refreshing, doing my homework and studying, I finally get to eat dinner. After dinner I straight away went to my room and wrote everything down in my library to treasure this moment. Before going to bed I checked my Instagram account and was shocked when I found out Max posted a picture of me and I actually looked pretty for once. I texted him and asked

Laila: Wen was the pic taken Max???😂😂

Max: When u were looking absolutely adorable😉😉

Laila:😆😆

Max:Do u like it

Laila: I love it in fact I'm making it my new profile picture 😂😂

Max: Goodnight my love.

Laila: Good nite~xoxo

I was blushing like a tomato. I can't believe he called me 'love' OMG!!!!! 😁😁😁

I IMMEDIATELY TOOK A SCREENSHOT AND SEND IT TO MADDIE. Even she was startled and sent me the same emoji I gave her!!!!!

After turning of my phone, I ran back to my diary and wrote it all down I also printed the screenshot due to my 'shockness'. After finish writing I went to bed with a big smile on my face from ear to ear. Hoping that 'love' will be my name for him starting now.😁😁😁
