Pov.Nightmare

"Nightmare?" 

"yes, cross?"

"This book is this yours" Cross pointed the book that was on the table.

It had the Crescent moon symbol. "sigh, Cross that is my Journal. "Oh no, I'm sorry I didn't mean to read it" Cross felt so bad for reading nightmare's book without permission.

it is okay, Cross I was about you tell you sooner or later. Nightmare kiss cross on the cheek. Cross face was turning purple. "Hehe so cute and smol" Nightmare say and hung even closer to cross. Is it true?

"Yes" Nightmare noded.

Cross looked at the book "I did get the chance to read the whole thing may telling me what had happened?"

As nightmare telling Cross what was in the journal.

Years ago Nightmare and dream were just kids, they live in a poor stage. Their parents abandoned them when there are young and they have to survive on there own. They live in a small house in the forest, not too far from the village.  

On one night a vampier attacked in brothers home. Inside was trashed and broken. A vampire is fighting Nightmare. Nightmare tries to fight the vampire, he does not want his brother to get hurt. Nightmare menage to push the vampire into a closet and by holding the door. The door lock is broken and he had to hold it to prevent it from coming out. The vampire is trying to get out of the closet. Nightmare shouted at his brother to run and call for help.

But dream refused, a case he afraid what would happen if left his brother alone with a vampire."I will be fine as long as  he is inside, just go!" Nightmare says as he holds the closet door preventing the vampier from getting out.

Dream left to call for help before leaving dream gives one last look a then he off.

Nightmare could not hold it Any longer, As he knew very well that it will be too late for help to arrives. He just wanted his brother to be out of danger; In the village, it is much safer than staying here.

The vampire mange to push out the door and Nightmare has no energy to fight back. The vampire pounces on Nightmare and aim for this neck and bite it, draining the blood. Nightmare losing consciousness by losing a lot of blood. Before nightmare could even close to death an another's vampire appear and attacker the bloodthirst vampier. This vampire is a she,she looks twice stronger then the attacker. The attacker look at her and he looks very afraid so he ran off not want to even to fight back. ( he know who she is and does not want to fighter her)

The Female vampire approached the unconscious child to see if he is alive. Her eyes widen in a shock, he is still alive, but barely. She grabs hold of Nightmare in her arms, and fly off to her castle. Nightmare is closing to death; the Female vampier could not let a small innocent child fall such a fate.

She took out the hand knife and give her self a small cut her on her hand, she just wanted to take some of her won blood and put in a cup. The cup has been filled with her won blood and make a Nightmare to drink it. Nightmare drank the blood and fall in a deep sleep. When nightmare woke up feels a lot stronger and a bit of hunger?

Nightmare woke up in shock 'how am i still alive'  nightmare is confused. The female vampire just came to nightmare and told him you were attacked by a vampier. He remembers that but "how he get here?"She told him, she saves and brought him here to her castle. Nightmare says "thank you and may i know who are you?"

She give a sad smile and told him"my name is Luna, queen of the vampire and I'm very sorry"Nightmare confusion "why you save me and why are apologizing?"

She dose not want to say it ,but he has to know. She told him that, a child such as your self should not die such miserable death and she wouldn't forgive her self and she wanted to save you by doing so she turns you into a vampire.

Luna broke into tears because she felt so bad that the child won't live in a normal life again, She took a child's future away.

Nightmare feels with sadness and worry. Sad that he could not see he bother again and could not come back home. However he much safer and he is glad. Nightmare of kind of feel bad, she seems to so care and He knows what she did is to save him. He went up to her and gave her a hug her and tell her it fine and thank her. The queen was in shock by the hung,  she smiles and hung back. The queen of the vampire has decided to adopt a nightmare as her own son. Since queen Luna does not have a husband nor child of her own. she chose nightmare as the future king. 

Why chose nightmare

When nightmare became a prince 

He has a great leadership, well educated. and a skilled fighter, if any hunter or vampier try to attack him he is able to fight back, no vampire dears to fight him back.

It all thanks to her adopted mother.

She thought him everything she has knowns and she loves her child.

Nightmare loves her mother so much , but sadly when nightmare turns 16 sixteen, there was a war a between vampire and mortal. After a big war the queen luna has been killed by the mortal king (king asgore). She fought brave and strong for her people and loved her son. Nightmare was filled grieves, he has never met anyone besides his bother to show kindness and love to him.

Nightmare pov.

As i was done reading to cross. he looks shocked and sad "nightmare im sorry i did know you been so much. it must be hard for you. Cross was lost in tears but pull him closer and snuggle up Cross 'don't worry cross im not upset anymore' i say to reassure him. "what? how come?" cross says very confues 'because i fell in love with you that why' with i kiss him. Cross giggle "i love you nighty' says cross as he snuggles to my chest " I love you too cross"
