the next fews days were really hard on us. we had to tell family and friends about the unfortunate news, and we had to  keep having visits to the doctor. it was especially hard on Amber because she has finally realised that her son is going to live the rest of his life with out his mum, and also because he is so little, he doesnt have the brain capacity to know what is happening, and wont completely know what  happened until he is a lot older.

every night, i would be lying in bed trying to comprehend was has happened, what is going to happen and how im going to cope. i would lie there in my thoughts until i hear amber, she is whimpering. the sound starts to get louder and louder until she eventually breaks down into tears. this happens every night without fail.

there is nothing i can do but hug and kiss her telling her everythings going to be fine. it takes a while for her to calm down, but then Thomas starts to cry and she would start back up again. this time, instead of hugging her and kissing her forehead, i go and get Thomas and bring him into the bed. Amber cuddles him until they both fall to sleep.

it gets harder and harder every day, it just keeps getting worst; the crying, the pain - everything.
