I blasted the glass windows open effortlessly. I had every strap on Joshua removed and I had him safely removed from the celled part of the home. I gasped savagely, waking up in a soft bed. I knew my veins were visible and would stay that way until my sin calmed down. Joshua looked at me, worried. Satan also looked concerned. My vision was dark at the edges. They were still black. I clung to Joshua, protectively. That simulation was everything I didn't want in one go.

" You're too strong to inhabit a human. You would decimate them simply by trying. Another lust demon will have to suffice." He murmured quietly. Joshua kissed my forehead. I sighed in frustration. It was valentine's day and there were few lust demons and fewer lust demons that were sexually ignited like I was. Most of lust demons had a blood lust, or lust for pain or power. But besides my brother and his boyfriend, there were few demons like me.

" To inhabit, I can't be too strong.... Or too weak that human morale can obliterate me.... than what purpose will I serve?" I asked, unhappily.

" Not just you. You and your entire family. That goes for your father and his wife as well. I do know positions you can have." He paced a little. My mother sat on the other side of me.

" But those positions are subject to whether you all keep your mortality." I sat up quickly. I needed to know what he meant. Because I reached demonic maturity, I was generally given a purpose in our society. But that didn't seem to be the case.

I looked up at him, humbly. Being arrogant would get me no where as of now " What would the differences be, Aba?" I felt his energy change. It was almost endearing. I knew his strings, as he treated me like a daughter.

" If you keep your mortality, you can be a senior guard. If you give it up... You will be in charge of protecting The Three Fates."

He saw my mild confusion. I also didn't want to choose. " What are they?"

" The Fates... are the Fates. Past, Present and Future. They have powers that circumvent time and defy all logic... Which is why they were and are hunted for sport. As protected as their select homes are, even my protection has it's limitations. Like now." Joshua looked afraid for a moment.

" What do you mean... By that?"

He ran his fingers through his hair, wearing a look that was worrying me.

" Adelyn was kidnapped." I growled in anger. It was Aiden, who I wasn't happy with.

Satan held up a finger " Now, she was not kidnapped for typical reasons. She was kidnapped to lure someone who would throw his entire being on the line to keep her safe. Aiden-Blake is my Fate of Past and someone has kidnapped her in order to achieve fame in hell by being the first in 5 centuries to hunt and obliterate a Fate." Joshua and I shared a look.

" What is it that you want?" I asked, worried about this entire situation.

" I would give up being part mortal any day. It's about time I didn't tire out so easily."

" But what on Carter? Should we ask him?" I nodded faintly. I set to contact him.

" Carter?"

" Yes?"

" How do you feel about finally being full demon?"

" That'd be a relief. Why?"

I looked over at Joshua " He said yes." He nodded. Satan didn't bat an eyelash. He sat down in a chair close to me and sighed heavily.

The silence in the room was at it's peak until Satan whispered." It's done."

I felt no change. I rolled over and lie on my side. My mom, who had been silent, drew a blanket over my legs. I silently thanked her in return. I came to see what function I qualified for. Every demon had to. And finding one had been a game changer. I could be okay now. Joshua kissed my forehead and kissed my cheeks. We chuckled and messed around for a bit. I stopped when I noticed my mom's silent conversation with her lover. They both looked at me, than looked away.

I looked between the two of them, wondering what had gone on between them " Hey... Are the two of you moving smoothly?"

" Cassandra... Joshua... I'm pregnant." We gasped in shock. We smiled and began asking so many questions at once. " When is it due?" " Gender?"
" Does it have a sin?" My mom was in complete shock. Than slowly smiled. Satan looked on, a small smirk playing on his lips.

" We don't know yet... But they're his and... Are you okay with that?" I looked at my mom, confused.

" It's more than okay. As long as... The two of you are really happy." Joshua nodded in agreement. They smiled and kept sharing looks.

He looked at me " Alright... I'll leave this room to the two of you. I have to prepare her for child birth this evening." The two of them left us alone. I took my clothes off and threw them all on the floor.

" Can I be bottom?" I begged. Joshua rolled his eyes at me, agreeing.

" Why am I not surprised?" He chuckled, devilishly.

Cole

Violet wasn't mad at me anymore, which relieved some of the tension between us. I held her by the waist against the shower wall where water slipped through her silky tresses and moved as rapidly down her body as my eyes were. She moved her hair out of her face and brought me closer.

" How's your work coming along?" I huffed and rolled my eyes. Her soft, warm lips were all I could think of.

" Kiss me, you-" her lips were soo warm. I didn't even bother to let her finish.

I pulled back from our kiss " I don't care about work. That shit's for humans. I just do it as a form of recreation." We laughed at my silliness and smiled endearingly at each other.

" So... What are our plans for the day?"

I chuckled " I wanted to take you to a social gathering not too far from where I work. All of the slaves will be there-" she giggled uncontrollably " I meant my co-workers, as that's what humans call them. " I paused, thinking of how to tell her " Will you be my date?" She seemed to melt. She slipped her arms around my waist and pull me closer for a hug.

" How many other girls did you ask?" She murmured under her breath.

I rolled my eyes. " You are the first, the last and the only one I would ask." She chuckled and hugged me tightly.

" You're so sweet. Of course I'll accompany you to your soirée. I can't promise you I'll behave, though." My hand moved without hesitation to her smooth neck. She looked at me in absolute lustful bliss. " I expect you to behave while we're there. " I whispered. Her full lips slightly parted and I couldn't resist. My tongue instantly swept across hers. She pulled my tongue back in to suck. I felt myself harden on her thigh. I knew she was insanely horny. What else did I expect if I had pushed her there?

" Later. Right now, let's take you out." She let out a shriek of glee. She was insanely happy. I hugged her close to me, and sighed. How precious she was to me.
