"What was that!" Rún shouted scared, opening his eyes and raised up  so fast that a great pain surged through his head. was that a dream or he really kissed Shi Rui the night before?

Grabbing his hair Run didn't know what to do anymore, how can he see Shi Rui now , what if Shi Rui was angry with him?
Taking a deep breath, Rún tried to calm himself down and think rationally. He needed to talk to Shi Rui and figure out what had happened the night before. Maybe it was all a dream, just his wish of getting closer to his Shi Rui. After all, he dreamed many times about him.

Gathering his courage, Rún decided to text Shi Rui and ask to meet up and talk and to his surprise he responded almost instantly like he was waiting for Rún to say something.

"Teacher, what happened last night " Rún said looking troubled in his teacher's eyes and Shi Rui started to smile.
"you don't remember?"
"I don't"  Rún said trying to delete the images from his head.
"should I remind you ?" Shi Rui said approaching his student dangerously close. just a breath away and they will kiss again.
"Te..ach..er" Run stammered and Shi Rui  pated his head lovingly.
"Nothing happened" Shi Rui said gladly that Rún didn't remember, he didn't want to lose him, he loved him for so long, he was not ready to let go just yet. "You  just got drunk and fell asleep early. That's all."

Rún looked relieved but still confused. "But why do I feel like something did happen?" Was it really just a dream ? He didn't really know if he should be happy or sad. Somehow he really wished it was not a dream, at least he would know if he has a chance or not , but at the same time it felt good because like that he can still stay by his side .

Shi Rui smiled softly. "Sometimes our minds play tricks on us, Rún. It's okay to feel that way, but trust me, nothing happened"
Those words were meant to give comfort and assurance but why were them like a sword with two cuts , cutting the one who was saying the words with the same intensity as the listener.

"Um" Rún answered sighing deeply looking at Shi Rui who was looking down for some reason.

Looking up , Shi Rui's eyes were looking red but Run was busy drinking some water so before his attention getting back to his teacher, Shi Rui's eyes came back to normal.
It was looking like Shi Rui was loosing composure.
