Charles POV

We have watched the poor guy leaving us with information we needed.

though, we heard slight crying behind us three.

we turn around to see Demo shedding a few tears.

"uhhh, Demo? why are crying?"

Demo eyed Ellie.

"because of him!"

Demo pointed to the helicopter door where he had left

"why? you need to answer if you don't to Demo"

I started. i stroked her fluffy fur as she let out a shaky breath

"i wish i could help him."

"but his brother's body looked rotten by now! plus, we don't know how long the body have been there!"

Demo sniffed. knowing how she would miss the poor guy, and would want to help him. but sadly, there is nothing we could do about it. at all.

I picked up Demo and hugged her.

"i'm sorry Demo...i know how much you want to help him..but there's nothing we could do about. we can not bring the dead back to life."

soon, i felt myself tear up.

god.

then i felt something warm behind me.

it was Henry.

then soon Ellie joined. 

we were all hugging group

(Ruby joined as well)

though, we didn't let go of each other until we felt the sadness go away.

but i don't wanna let go. even when the pain had stopped.

i like warm hugs. but most of all, i love group hugs.

before Demo joined, whenever me, Ellie or Henry felt down we'd would all cuddle up and hug each other.

since we are friends after all.

but Henry's my boyfriend at this point.

now it's just all of us again. now including Demo.

I felt joy wash over me. making me smile.

but i'm not sure about Demo.

it looks like that Demo had teared up when the guy did, as he was explaining the information we needed

i turned my head, nuzzling into Henry's chest.

i saw Ellie smile softly, getting warm in the hug.

i guess Ellie likes hugs too.

but can i ask you one thing?: have you ever had a moment that you never wanted to end. only stay in that same moment?

yeah, then i feel you.

I remember once that Henry was upset and scared because of a dream he had.

he said that in his dream, he saw me..well...die

i mean if i had a dream if Ellie, Henry, Ruby, or even Demo die, i'd cry and scream for sure. it must have been a hard feeling.

i don't ever want to lose a love one

we all continue to cuddle.

even letting go all that pain we felt over the few days.

and what or who we miss.

Ellie said she misses her bed.

Demo says she misses her brother

Henry says he doesn't miss anyone because i'm right here

Ruby says she misses her dog toy.

we all have our misses. even if some of them are really silly.

yup...it's one those beautiful moments
