{{Opening Scene: Castle of Friendship}}

At the front of the castle, we see the Mane Six themselves waiting for their new friend to show up that Princess Celestia sent them.

Pinkie: "OOH! I can't wait(x3)! Do you think this "Speedy" person will be funny, cool or both?"

R. Dash: "Heh! With a name like Speedy, he must be as cool. Not as cool as me but cool."

Applejack: "Hopefully he's not as hyperactive as Pinkie Pie."

Rarity: "I hope this "Speedy" darling has a sense of fashion."

Fluttershy: "I just hope he'll like us."

Twilight: "Don't worry, Fluttershy. From what we heard, Speedy can get along with us just fine."

Pinkie then spots something, which brought a big smile on her face.

Pinkie: "Hey! Look! I think that's Spike bringing him now."

As soon as Spike led Speedy to the Castle of Friendship, he was awed at beautiful and cool the library looks.

Speedy: "Whoa..."

Spike: "I know. Cool, isn't it?"

Speedy: "And beautiful..."

Then they come across the Mane Six.

Spike: "Hey, girls. I've brought Speedy."

Twilight: "Thanks, Spike. Hello and welcome to Equestria. My name is Twilight Sparkle."

Speedy: "Hello and thank you for welcoming me. I'm Speedy. Speedy the Hedgyian."

Pinkie: "Ohmygosh(x5)! I can't believe it's really you! Yeah, I'm Pinkie Pie! Do you like parties? I like parties!"

Rarity: "Why hello there, Darling. My name is Rarity and you look like you need something after traveling from Canterlot to here. If you ever need something, then don't be afraid to ask me."

Applejack: "Nice to finally meet you, Sugarcube. The name's Applejack. Do you like some of my apples later?"

Fluttershy: "H-Hi, I'm Fluttershy. I really hope we can get along together."

R. Dash: "And last but not least, I'm Rainbow Dash. The Fastest Flyer in all of Equestria."

R. Dash: [Thinking] (Wow. Speedy's so cute.)

That also goes for the rest of the Mane Six.

Speedy: "Nice to meet you all and I'll say yes to all of your questions."

He then explained his predicament to the girls and they couldn't help but feel bad for the Hedgyian.

Twilight: "Wow. I can't believe your mother sacrificed herself to save you from the tribe. I'm very sorry that happened to you."

Speedy: "It's okay. I'm just trying to get over it. That's what my mother wanted me to do."

Twilight: "So is there anything special you can do, Speedy?"

Speedy: "Well, since you'd ask... You see that mountain? Imma use my speed to go there and come right back here."

Rainbow Dash scoffed.

R. Dash: "Yeah, right. There's no way you c-"

In a split second, Speedy raced to the mountain and came right back. Spike and the Mane Six stood in awe by that.

Speedy: "You were saying?"

Pinkie: "Whoa! I thought Rainbow Dash was the only speedster here. Guess we found another one?"

Rarity then comes to seduce Speedy with her charm.

Rarity: "My, darling~ You certainly are a gentleman and had a thing for speed. What do you say we head to my place so we can get to know each other~?"

Rainbow Dash notices this and spoke in her mind.

R. Dash: (Why is Rarity talking to Speedy like that? I saw him first. Two can play that game.)

Rainbow Dash moves and shoves Rarity aside with her hip, confronting Speedy.

R. Dash: "Hey, Blue Boy~ I'll admit, you're fast. But not as fast as me. So there's only one way to settle this."

Twilight: "Oh man, I smell a race."

Applejack: "Boy howdy. This is gonna be interesting."

Rarity gets up and glares at Rainbow Dash, who smirked and stick a tongue at her.

Rarity: "This is going to be a magnificent race. I'm rooting for you, Blue Darling~."

Fluttershy: "I just hope nothing bad's gonna happen."

When Spike came to Pinkie Pie, who asked him for help passing out the flyers to everyone in the village that the race of the century is happening: Speedy versus Rainbow Dash.

Everyone from the village had gathered together to watch the race, even the Royal Sisters had arrive to watch the race. They were all on the bleachers on the sidelines, getting ready to watch who's the fastest.

Spike: "Okay, everyone. I want a clean race. No cheating, no fighting, and most importantly, be a good sport at the end. Once you pass the checkpoint, you come back here. Got it?"

Speedy and Rainbow Dash nodded as Rainbow Dash starts stretching herself while seeing Speedy doing his "Super Peel Out" technique.

R. Dash: "Fancy footwork you got there, Blue Boy~."

Speedy: "Thanks, Dashie."

Rainbow Dash then felt herself turning red after hearing that nickname from Speedy.

Pinkie: "Ohmygosh(x4)! This is so exciting! I wonder who's gotta win?"

Twilight: "We're about to find out, Pinkie. Wow. You can just feel the tension."

Spike: "Ready..."

Rainbow Dash gets into her stance.

Spike: "Get set..."

Rainbow Dash readies and flaps her wings.

Spike: "GO!"

Then they took off at high speeds, leaving dust in everyone's faces. As the dust cloud cleared out, everyone saw two streaks; one solid blue and red while one being Rainbow heading for the Everfree Forest.

Twilight: "Woah! I can't believe we found someone who is faster than Rainbow Dash."

Speedy and Rainbow Dash raced off to the Everfree Forest. Speedy increased his speed and took a slight lead, leaving the rainbow-haired girl in surprise.

R. Dash: (Wow. He's really fast. And he's not even gonna brag it off. However, there's no way he can beat me. I'm the Fastest Flyer in all of Equestria. No way a Blue Hunk like him could beat me. Wait, what did I just say!)

Rainbow Dash then increased her speed and the two Speed Demons were now neck and neck.

R. Dash: "I gotta say, Blue Boy. It's been a really long time since I got this excited. You're not half bad."

Speedy: "You ain't that bad yourself, too. I've never fought someone who can keep up with me. This is, by far, the best race I've ever had in such a long time."

Rainbow Dash smirked.

R. Dash: "You don't say? Well, let's see if you can still keep up when I use my special move!"

She then started to pick up her speed as her wings flapped faster and faster and then, BOOM!

Rainbow Dash does her "Sonic Rainboom" technique and she shot herself forward at high speed, passing Speedy, who looks surprise at Rainbow Dash's move as he forms a grin on his face.

Speedy: "Okay, Rainbow Dash. It is so on."

Then something happens to Speedy as electricity began to charge within him. He transforms into his Speed Force form and curls into a spiky ball to do a "Spin Dash" technique. Then he rolls after Rainbow Dash, who looked behind and see him catching up to her, surprising her once again.

R. Dash: (Woah! What is happening to him? He somehow changed into something different. What is he?)

She then see's Speedy unrolled himself and looked at Rainbow Dash, giving her a "Peace out" gesture and crosses the finish line with such high speed, making everyone cheered and applauded for Speedy's victory.

Spike: "And the winner is... Speedy."

Reverting to his Base form, Speedy does his 3rd victory pose from Sonic Forces.

Speedy: "Better luck next time, Dashie."

Rainbow Dash lands on surface and congratulates Speedy.

R. Dash: "Man, that was such a good race. You really are the Fastest Thing Alive. Too bad I lost."

Speedy: "Hey. Don't beat yourself you to it. At least we had fun, right? And no one got hurt in the end. Sure I maybe fast, but I never brag about it to everyone. We're all winners here. Now, come on. How about a fist bump?"

Rainbow Dash smiled at Speedy's words and nodded at him, giving him a fist bump, which brought everyone to give it up to the two Speed Demons.

Pinkie: "That... was... AMAZING!!! Did you see how fast Speedy was going? Oh wow, that was so intense!"

Twilight: *sighs* "Yes, Pinkie. We saw it. Nice race you two."

Rarity: "Well done, darlings."

Applejack: "You two were great out there."

Fluttershy: "Y-yeah. T...that was amazing."

As everyone cheered for Speedy and Rainbow Dash, the two Alicorns watched with smiles in their faces.

P. Celestia: (If only you were here to see how your son has grown up to be a man he is today, Longclaw. His quest has just begun. I'm sure he will make you proud.)

And so, everything fade to darkness.
