*the next morning*

*Aurora galloped into her parent's bedroom and started jumping up and down*

Aurora: TIME FOR WORK TIME FOR WORK! WAKE UP WAKE UP!

Sunny: *yawns* Aurora it's early go back to bed hun

Aurora: Hey You and daddy promised that you'd take me to work

Sunny: Right Hitch care to handle this?

Hitch: oh alright I'll get this little ankle-biter calmed down

*Hitch said while putting his sheriff sash on*

Hitch: Come on aurora let's let mommy get ready for work

Aurora: Okay daddy

*Hitch held aurora's hoof as he led her to the front door*

*A few minutes later*

Sunny: Okay I'm ready

*sunny came down the stairs wearing her satchel*

Sunny: wait where'd aurora go?

Hitch: Oh right she wanted to show you something she was working on for a while

Hitch: Okay aurora you can show us now

*aurora walked into the room wearing a pink sheriff sash with some drawn on flowers*

Sunny and Hitch: Awww

Sunny: Look at you aurora you're a sheriff just like your daddy

Aurora: yeah when i grow up i wanna be the best sheriff in equestria and have critters follow me wherever i go

Hitch: *chuckles* you got that part right

Sunny: You mean those two birds and the crab?

Hitch: yeah and- and remember one of the birds that had a tuna can on its head?

Sunny (laughing): Oh yeah i remember

Aurora: That's silly

Hitch: Yeah it's pretty silly now let's head to your mom's smoothie business first and then you get to go to the station

Aurora: Yeah!

*Aurora rushed out the door and towards her mother's smoothie trailer*

Sunny: Whoa aurora slow down!

*Hitch and sunny ran after aurora*

*In the town square*

Aurora: Good Morning queen haven!

*Aurora said as she ran past Queen Haven*

Queen Haven: Good Morning Aurora!

Aurora: Morning Mr. Alphabittle!

*Then aurora ran past alphabittle*

Alphabittle: Mornin' Aurora!

*then aurora skidded to a stop*

Izzy: Hi Aurora!

Aurora: Aunt Izzy! *hugs izzy*

*then Zipp and Pipp flew in*

Zipp: Heey There's our favourite girl!

Aurora: Aunt Pipp! Auntie Zipp! *hugs Pipp and Zipp*

Zipp: Whatcha doing out here by yourself?

Aurora: Mommy is taking me to her smoothie business and later daddy is taking me to the police station!

Izzy: Wow that sounds like fun! but where's your parents?

Sunny (out of breath): Here we are *pants heavily*

*sunny and hitch walk over to izzy, pipp and zipp out of breath*

Hitch (panting): Whoo aurora's a pretty slippery one i'll admit it

Izzy: Ohh you ran ahead 'cause you were so excited about today weren't you?

Aurora: yeah i couldn't wait any longer! so i ran ahead of them and- and OH I'M JUST SO EXCITED AND I ALREADY HAVE A SPECIAL KIND OF SMOOTHIE AND I JUST WHIPPED IT UP LAST NIGHT!!!

Pipp: Wow That sounds really special aurora! and might i add I LOVE your sash!

Aurora: Thanks Aunt Pipp i made it a couple of days ago!

Pipp: Do you mind if i take a picture?

Aurora: Sure! *strikes a pose* Be sure to get my good side!

Pipp: *chuckles* you're definitely like me and your aunty zipp's mom you little cutie pie

*Pipp took out her phone and takes a picture of aurora*

Pipp: Okay now look mysterious like your trying to keep a secret!

*Aurora smirks deviously with her ears back with her eyelids half lidded and pipp takes her picture*

Pipp: Good good! now look fierce like a tiger!

Aurora: *poses like a tiger and pretends to roar*

*pipp takes her picture*

Pipp: Now look silly! like a clown!

*Aurora makes a silly face and pipp takes her picture again*

Pipp: Oh Gorgeous! *continues taking pictures of aurora*

Zipp: uh pipp don't ya think you should keep the whole 'Aunt Shutterbug' thing down? we don't want you turning our friend's daughter to turn into a diva

Pipp: Sorry she just looks so beautiful

Hitch: Well she gets her good looks from her mother

Sunny: Aw hitchie!

(Just pretend that there are unicorns and Pegasuses in the background and sunny is not wearing her rollerskating attire)

Hitch (whispering): Sunny Bunny not in public *wraps his hoof around sunny*

Sunny (whispering flirtily): You know you like it

Hitch (whispering flirtily): very much

Sunny (whispering flirtily): I know you do ya little critter magnet

*Sunny trailed her hoof up his chest as hitch nuzzled his face against hers*

Zipp: Uhh *clears throat* you DO know your daughter standing right here right?

*Sunny and hitch pull away blushing*

Hitch: Right right sorry we got lost in the moment

Sunny: right *chuckles sheepishly*

Aurora: Can we get to work now?

Hitch: Ya know what honey why don't you work on your special smoothie and if they order one you can make some for your mommy's customers now doesn't that sound good?

Aurora: That sounds like a very good idea *kisses hitch's cheek* Love you daddy!

*Aurora goes into the smoothie trailer*

Hitch: *chuckles* Kids huh?

*Timeskip*

Aurora: Hey daddy? What happens to the bad ponies who do bad stuff?

Hitch: Well they get thrown in jail oh and another thing

Hitch: your mom was actually thrown in jail plenty of times before the 3 pony tribes were united

Aurora: Really?

Hitch: Yeah and i bailed her out a lot

Aurora: How bad was she?

Hitch: Well she didn't mean anything bad but still

Aurora: *giggles* Mommy was very silly

Hitch: Yes she was she may have been a silly girl but she's my silly girl

Aurora: heey i thought i was your silly girl

Hitch: Well you are my silly girl, your mommy's my second silly girl

Aurora: I'm joking i know mommy's your first silly girl i'm your second silly girl

Hitch: *laughs* C'mere You little weasel!

*Hitch grabs aurora and starts tickling her making aurora burst into laughter*

Sunny: am i interrupting anything?

*Hitch and aurora looked and saw sunny standing there smirking*

Hitch: Sunny! sun-bun! we didn't know you were here! how long were you standing there for?

Sunny: long enough for aurora to say i was your silly girl

Hitch (Jokingly): uhh i dunno what you're talking about

Sunny: Hitch...!

Hitch: i'm kidding! just some husband and wife humor am i right honey? *nudges sunny*

Sunny: *laughs* Oh Hitch you always know how to make me laugh

Hitch: Well it's getting late you take aurora back home i'll right behind ya honey *kisses sunny's cheek*

Sunny: *giggles* Okay hitch

Aurora: *gasps* There's litter on the ground outside that's a violation of code 33!

*Aurora points to a sticker on the ground*

Sunny: She really is your daughter hitch

*sunny and hitch smile at each other jokingly*

*Sunny picks up the unicorn sticker*

Sunny: Okay honey time to go home

Aurora: Is daddy coming?

Hitch: Don't worry deputy aurora sheriff daddy is right behind you and mommy as soon as i'm done with work

Hitch: ooh that has a good ring to it 'Deputy Aurora' Huh who knew i had good taste in naming?

Aurora: *giggles and kisses hitch's cheek* I Love you daddy

Hitch: love you too aurora see you and mommy at home!

*In the living room*

*Aurora sat at the coffee table looking a bit sad*

Sunny: Aurora? What's wrong baby girl?

Aurora: I'm just a bit sad we didn't get to see any trolls or mewmans

Sunny: I know honey but maybe one day we will *looks to the left and gasps* look there's a troll right over there!

Aurora: where?

Sunny: Over here!

*Aurora turned around seeing her mother wearing a wig that resembled troll hair*

*Aurora laughed and sunny scooped her up and they played for a bit*

Aurora: Wait i have an idea!

*in sunny's research room*

*sunny and aurora were writing a message with ponies, mewmans and trolls drawn onto it that said 'Come to equestria! there's friends waiting for you!!'*

Hitch: hey guys! whatcha doing?

Sunny: We're writing a letter

Hitch: okay is it to the mewmans and the trolls?

Aurora: yeah!

Aurora: can we send it daddy?

Hitch: well after that it'd be cruel not to

*Sunny, Hitch and aurora attach the letter a lantern and it flies off into the distance and then they head to aurora's bedroom*

Aurora: daddy can you tell me the story again?

Hitch: *giggles* okay honey

Hitch: Once upon a time, a fewmonths, there lived a very special earth pony, she was as bright as the sun, One day, she went to canter-logic to spread an important assignment to learn about friendship and she soon made lots of new friends, Unicorns and Pegasuses Together, they showed everypony the Magic of Friendship and how to live in harmony

*then Hitch pulled out sunny's old nightlight*

Aurora: Wow mommy's old nightlight!

Hitch: Pretty cool huh? and then earth ponies watched in wonder as Pegasi painted rainbows across the sky The nights were lit up by a hundred unicorn horns for the first time in many many moons!

*Hitch said as he turned on her nightlight which showed silhouettes of all 3 types of ponies*

Aurora: It's beautiful

Sunny: I know right? that's exactly what i said when i first saw it

Aurora: But you know what i wish for mommy and daddy? a friend from mewni or a troll friend who could help us out at times *Yawns* Why can't we be friends anymore?

Hitch: *sighs* That, our darling, is a big question But maybe one day, we'll figure it out together We'll do our part...

Sunny, Hitch and Aurora:...hoof to heart

*Hitch kisses her daughter's forehead before he and sunny leave the room*

Aurora: goodnight mommy and daddy

Hitch: goodnight our little miracle...

*hitch closes the door as aurora fell asleep*

Sunny: Hitch do you think maybe we should try to make our daughter happy?

Hitch: honey she's already happy

Sunny: I know but she sounded really eager to make friends with different species 

Hitch: Yeah but she's just so little what if the mewmans and the trolls aren't like what she seemed? what if they hurt her without them even knowing?

Sunny: Hitch i know you wanna be the best father to your daughter but let's just sleep on it besides the annual canter-logic show's coming up tomorrow and let's just hope aurora doesn't pull off any stunts

*Sunny told hitch as they climbed into bed*

Hitch: Wonder who that reminds me of...

Sunny: *giggles* goodnight hitch

Hitch: G'night sunny

*sunny and hitch fall asleep*
