Summary: Alena is persumed dead and was dragged away by a hydra agent. But is she really dead?
A/N: This part takes place during the same time as pt. 2a. Its from Alenas pov.
Death. What does it mean?
Does it mean you're going to heaven?
Does it mean you'll just be gone from this world and everything that remains of you is a memory?
Or does it mean inner piece?
Those questions raced through Alenas mind, when she was stabbed in the chest.
But, she didn't feel any pain, she didn't feel the knife at all to be honest.
Alena had to think fast. Once the agent realised that she wasn't about to die, he would make sure his second attempt was a hit.
For once on her life, the 15 year old was grateful for the drama classes she took at school.
Because of them she had enough experience in dropping dead realistically.
So that's what she did. She let her body hit the ground, her best impression of a lifeless person on her face.
The redhead heard Clints scream, she heard his arrows hitting the trees around them.
Alena was sure that her 'murderer' would just leave her on the ground and run, but next thing she knew she was dragged across the hard forest ground.
,,Get back here, you son of a bitch"
Clints voice yelled. He was running after Alenas kidnapper.
Soon the screams of the archer got quieter, before dying away entirely.
Alena started to panic. Once the hydra agent realised she wasn't dead, he would do god knows what with her.
,,Я получил девушку. Почти уверен, что придурок мстителя думает, что она мертва. Приведение ее в штаб сейчас. (I got the girl. Pretty sure the dickhead of an avenger thinks she's dead. Bringing her to headquarters now)"
He spoke to someone through his ear piece. He was sure his victim didn't understand what he was saying.
Alena froze though. She secretly thanked her mother for teaching her Russian.
But then she realised what the agents words meant.
It hadn't been his intention to kill her to begin with.
He just wanted to make her family think that she was dead, so they wouldn't search for her.
If she wouldn't run right this second, maybe she would be in a lot worse situation than she was right now.
Alena scrambled to get up, but she realised that her legs were heavy. She couldn't move them.
,,Dont waste your breath, widows daughter. Nobody will hear you here"
The agent smirked, when the redhead tried to scream.
,,Where are you taking me? What are you doing to me?"
She questioned, trying to hide the panic in her voice.
,,As if I'd tell you. You'll run straight to your wannabe superhero friends to come rescue you"
He mocked, oblivious to the fact that she already knew where he was taking her.
Alenas plan was to waste time. The longer she was still in this forrest, the easier and more likely it was that one of the Avengers would find her.
The agent pulled a syringe from his pocket. He smirked violently before injecting it into Alenas already numb leg.
The redhead scanned her surroundings. She had to find a way to get the hell out of here.
But before she could think of a proper escape plan, black dots appeared in her vision.
They got increasingly bigger, until Alena lost consciousness.
...
Beep, beep, beep.
That was what Alena heard when she regained consciousness again.
The room she was in was darkened, the blinds almost shut completely.
The beeping sound came from the machine next to her. It monitored her heartbeat.
,,Alena Lubov Romanoff-Rogers, that I'd meet you was always just a great wish of mine. But, maybe wishes do come true"
A man with a thick Russian accent, who leaned against a pillar, smirked.
,,Who are you? Where am I? What do you want?"
Alena responded. She had a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach.
,,Ohh, has your mother never told you about me? About her past?"
He asked, slowly approaching the bed that the redhead was tied to.
,,My name is general Dreykov and you, Alena, are exactly what I need"
Dreykov stated, an intimidating grin on his face.
,,As if I'd ever do what you want. I'll rather die than become a mind controlled puppet"
Alena responded bravely, her blue eyes glistering with venom.
She knew she had to remain calm to get out, but she wasn't gonna oblidge to the man who traumatised her Mother.
Smack.
Dreykovs hand had connected with Alenas jaw.
,,Do what I ask, or else. This was a warning"
He warned.
Alena knew this was coming. She had expected it. Still, she pretended to cry.
This would buy her some time to figure out her next move.
She had a general idea, but it was risky and nearly impossible to execute.
Still, she had to try. She had to see her family again.
,,Fine"
The redhead agreed, her eyes flickering. They did that when she lied, but Dreykov didn't know that.
The general smirked, as he seized Alenas arm with such force that she almost hit her head.
,,Come"
He demanded. He didn't care that the redhead was still tied to the bed.
,,Cmon dipshit, how. I'm tied to this god damn bed. Your henchmen did a pretty good job with that"
She sassed as if it were obvious.
,,Don't sass me, got it, widows daughter. You're mine now"
Dreykov hissed, his hot breath hitting Alenas face.
He untied her, before he ripped her arm so the redhead would fall to the ground.
Instead, Alena just landed on her feet, standing up straight.
She was still wearing her suit. With one hand she felt around for anything to escape with.
They had removed all the weapons, but they oversaw the widows bite in the depth of one of Alenas pockets.
Once they had left the room, a long corridor laid in front of them.
,,Don't try anything, Romanoff"
Dreykov seethed at the 15 year old.
Alena stood still, as if she had been hypnotised.
,,Девушка, не пытайтесь ничего. я предупреждаю тебя (Girl, don't try anything. I'm warning you)"
He spat, this time in Russian. Maybe he hoped that this would set his victim into obligion.
Alena was plotting her escape. Her little escapade was just a way to buy herself some more time to think everything through.
She turned away from the general for only a split second.
In that split second she put on her widows bite.
,,My name is Romanoff-Rogers, dipshit"
Alena yelled, as she aimed her weapon at him.
Dreykov was quick to pull out his own weapons.
He fired shots at the girl, he tried swinging at her, but Alena was simply faster and tinier, making it easy for her to win the upper hand.
She ripped the gun from the General's hands, careful not to let him pull the trigger.
Then, Alena Lubov Romanoff-Rogers shot. She shot this man three times. Once on every leg and once in the head.
He dropped dead.
Alarm sounds went off. The corridor began blinking red.
Alena knew she had to run.
She ran and ran, before she finally managed to find an exit.
Bad thing was, in front of her was the wide, blue ocean.
,,Oh god, shit"
She swore.
Alena realised something she hadn't before.
She felt her tiny little saviour inside her ear.
Her ear piece. They didn't take her ear piece.
Carefully, she took it out, pressed the emergency power button and put it back into her ear.
,,Mama? Dad? Can anyone hear me?"
A/N: Maybe it'll make a little more sense now, but boom, that's far-fetched. I kinda like it though :)
Stay tuned for the final part, beautiful people, I promise it'll make sense.
Anyways, stay amazing, see you around and bye <3
