(A/N: I hate this chapter so much right now)

•Same Day, 3 p.m.; CNE grounds•

~Maddie's POV~

"I feel as full as I am after my grandma's thanksgiving dinner " Rob groaned, stretching his arms over his head .

"Same here. Chipotle always fills me up" Vikk added on.

"See Mads? It didn't take that long and it filled us all up" Lachlan asserted.

"I have to admit, it was really good" I confessed.

"Pushing the great Chipotle topic aside, what are we doing now?" Ally asked, stopping abruptly; the whole group stopping as well.

"I think we should go to the Exhibition Building" Rob suggested, pointing to the large glass arch building in the distance.

"I don't know," I doubted, making a unsure face, "seems kinda boring."

"We should have some fun. You know, go on some rides, eat junk food, play some games?" Vikk listed.

"Slow down helmet boy. We should let our food go down before doing anything crazy" Preston countered.

"We have a very limited time here, your little exhibition hall tour shit is gonna take up too much time" Lachlan stated.

"Well, the lines for the rides are going to be really long as well" Mitch stepped in.

"Well, I came here for the rides" Lachlan admitted, shrugging nonchalantly.

"How about whoever wants to go to the exhibition building, comes with Rob and whoever wants to go on rides can go with Lachlan" Jessica suggested in a calm manner.

"Jessica's right. I'm going with Lachlan" Vikk announced.

"Same here" Ally added, intertwining her fingers with Vikk's.

"I'm going with Lachlan" I spoke up.

"So, I guess everyone else is coming with me?" Rob asked.

"Yeah. We'll meet you guys at the food building once we are done" Mitch clarified.

Everyone nodded in agreement before the two groups went our separate ways.

"Can we all agree that we are the better group?" Ally giggled as we made our way towards a ride ticket booth nearby.

"Yeah for sure. They are the older members of the group. Plus, their hearing aids might now be able to handle the screaming from the rides" Vikk teased.

We all let out a small laugh.

We stood in line patiently for about 10 minutes and once we made it to the booth, we each got a wristband that we can go on any ride we want to and a wristband where we get to cut through lines.

"We are totally going on all these rides" Ally squealed excitedly as she took in her surroundings.

"Okay, what ride first?" Lachlan asked as we approached the Mid-way rides area.

I scanned the large, terrifyingly high rides. I don't want to go on any of them honestly.

"How about we go on that ride?" I suggested, pointing over to a animal themed fun house.

Everyone shot me disgusted and confused looks.

"Maddie, when I meant that we are going on every ride, I meant we are going on the rides worth going on" Ally clarified slowly.

"There's nothing wrong with fun houses babe" Vikk stepped in.

"Fun houses or boring as fuck houses?" Ally snapped.

"Why you gotta be so stubborn?" Vikk complained.

"I'm not stubborn" Ally denied.

"You're being stubborn right now."

"Could you guys argue another time? We should go on that ride over there" Lachlan advised, pointing over to a brightly coloured ride untitled Polar Express.

The ride went around in a backwards motion at full force with pop music playing in the background.

No heights so it's fine with me.

"Yeah, that looks pretty cool" I agreed.

"So it's settled, we are going on Polar Express first" Ally announced, tugging on Vikk's hand as she dragged him towards the ride.

•Few Minutes Later•

"You excited?" Lachlan whispered in my ear.

"Excited yet nervous" I confessed.

"It's gonna be fun" Lachlan reassured, squeezing my hand tightly.

I turned around to look at Ally and Vikk all the way in the back of the ride.

Ally flashed me a smile and a thumbs up before whispering something in Vikk's ear; causing him to laugh.

The ride operator came over and made sure our seat belt was adjusted probably before going over to his post, clicking on the button that started the ride.

The ride roared to life, spinning us backwards slowly but gaining speed over time as Can't Feel My Face By: The Weekend played in the background.

I started laughing as hair flew into my face from behind.

I turned my head over to look at Lachlan who was having the time of his life, a wide smile spread across his face.

The ride was at full speed at this point. I felt gravity pushing myself onto Lachlan.

I tried to pull myself away in order to avoid crushing him but Lachlan wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him anyway; my head resting on his side.

Lachlan and I screamed in delight; embracing the harsh spinning cycle. (A/N: Please excuse my horrible writing skills. I suck at writing about feelings)

Eventually, the spinning slowed down allowing me to move off of Lachlan and my hair to not blow in my face.

Both the ride and the music stopped before the operator came around and started to unbuckled our seat belts.

"That was fucking amazing"'Lachlan breathed as we climbed out of the cart.

"It really was" I agreed, moving strands of hair from my face.

"OMG! It's Madlan! Can I get a picture?" two teenage girls fangirled, racing up towards us.

"Sure" we agreed, taking their phones gratefully.

When we thought we were done, a group of boys came racing over to us and soon it became a little meet up on the way off of the ride.

Once we had finally finished with everyone, Lachlan and I climbed down the steel stairs, coming face to face with Vikk and Ally.

"Did you get bombarded with fans as well?" Lachlan asked as we took the last step.

"Yeah, I could see that you had your fair share as well" Vikk said, nodding his head over to the smiling girls and boys behind us.

"Damn Maddie. You look like you just had sex with Lachlan" Ally commented smirking.

Ally and Vikk exchanged a high five as they burst into laughter causing Lachlan and I to simply roll our eyes at them.

"Why do you guys always joke about us having sex?" Lachlan complained.

"Have you two ever talked about having sex?" Vikk asked.

"Woah woah woah. Why are we talking about Lachlan and I's sex life?" I stepped in.

"There can't be a sex life if you two haven't had sex. Unless you two already did the deed" Ally smirked.

"We didn't. Not like it's any of your business" I snapped.

"Can you guys not? I didn't come to the CNE to have you two pester Maddie and I about whether we had sex. Let's  just enjoy our time together and not talk about this" Lachlan stood up.

" Woah, look at Lachlan standing up for himself" Vikk laughed.

"Shut the fuck up Vikk. What's the next ride?" Lachlan asked, quickly to changing the subject.

As the three of them tried to decide what to do next, I found myself asking questions about what Lachlan just said.

Do I want to have sex? Am I ready to have sex? Do I want to lose my virginity? Do I want to lose it to Lachlan?

Is Lachlan even a virgin? Should I wait till marriage? It would be the right thing to do.

I haven't really thought much about sex with Lachlan or sex in general, not until Ally brought it up just now.

Lachlan and I haven't talked about it or even made references about it. The closest we ever gotten was back in Australia after his parents barbecue in his bedroom.

We made out on his bed but stopped when his hand went under my shirt, near my bra hook.

I remembered in my mind freaking out before pulling away from the kiss. Although he seemed pretty ready I wasn't.

We didn't ever talk about that moment, not even after it happened. All that was said was a quick sorry and then he left to get ready for bed.

"Maddie? Do you agree?" Lachlan asked, breaking my train of thought.

"What?"

"We were asking if you wanted to go on Pharaoh's Fury" Lachlan repeated, pointing over to the ship shaped ride with Pharaoh's head on one side.

"Yeah sure" I nodded quickly.

"Okay, let's go wait in line" Ally advised.
