~ Maddie's POV ~

I woke up with a smile on my face , only cause I know that I am Lachlan's girlfriend .

I stretched and got out of bed , heading to the washroom to wash my face and brush my teeth .

I looked at myself in the mirror and couldn't help but smile even more .

After I was done getting myself looking decent , I grabbed my phone on my desktop and went to iMessage .

I went to my setup and got onto Skype , Amanda already requesting to call me .

I answered the call to see her tried , makeup-free face pop onto the screen .

" Girl ! You better not be lying to me ! " she greeted .

I smiled . " I'm not , I swear " I promised .

" Really ? " she asked again .

" Yes ! Really ! " I cried , feeling my face brighten .

She let out a loud squeal and I laughed .

" OMG ! For real ? You and Lachlan are a thing ! OMG ! OMG ! This is amazing ! WOOOOOO ! " she yelled .

" Amanda , calm down . The
relationship is still in the works " I sighed .

" Girl , I need to meet this Lachlan boy now , like he must be really cute to be dating you ".

" Okay , I'll go see if he's awake " I said , getting up from my seat and walking out of my room , knocking on the door beside me .

" Come in ! " he yelled and I opened the door , closing it behind me .

He smiled and he looked like he just woke up .

" Good morning beautiful " he greeted , kissing my cheek as I climbed into bed with him .

" Hey , I told my best friend about us " I smiled .

" Really ? What did she say ? " he asked .

" I have her on Skype right now , she wants to met you ".

" Okay , let's go meet this friend of yours " he said , getting up from the bed and we went back into my room .

" Amanda , this is my boyfriend Lachlan and Lachlan this is my best friend since grade school , Amanda " I introduced as Lachlan waved to Amanda and Amanda waved back .

" Nice to meet you Amanda " Lachlan greeted .

" Nice to meet you also Lachlan . I love your accent by the way " she commented .

" Thank you , your accent is quite charming as well " Lachlan said politely .

" Now , let's get one thing straight , I don't want any nieces or nephews yet so , please , don't get Maddie pregnant " Amanda warned and we both laughed .

" Slow down Mandy , we haven't even been dating for a full day ! " I cried .

" Hey , I'm just saying " Amanda said , putting up her hands .

" Well I can promise you Amanda , I am not going to get Maddie pregnant " Lachlan laughed .

" Okay , so lovebirds , have you told anyone else about #Madlan ? " Amanda asked , already making a ship name .

" Nope , just you so far " I laughed nervously .

" I feel so special " Amanda gushed , putting her hand over her heart .

" Hopefully we'll tell everyone this morning " Lachlan sighed .

" Well , I wish you two all the luck in the world right now but I do only have half an hour to get ready for school . It was really nice meeting you Lachlan but I really need to log off " Amanda frowned , checking the time on her phone .

" Okay , it was a pleasure meeting you Amanda ".

" Same to you Lachlan , bye guys ! " Amanda waved before ending the call .

I logged off my Skype and turned towards Lachlan and he grabbed both of my hands .

" When will we tell them ? " he asked .

" We already know ! " Alyssa squealed , coming in the room and hugging me from behind .

Vikk , Ally , Mitch and Jerome came into the room , patting our backs and congratulating us .

We both blushed .

" Hey but Lachlan , if you get my sister pregnant , I swear I will murder you in your sleep " Mitch warned firmly .

Lachlan laughed nervously and we laughed .

I'm glad that everyone knows , it leaves less time worrying on how to tell them and more time for Lachlan and I to be a couple .

• Few Hours Later •

" Hey guys ! It's me , BajanCanadian and today I'm here with Jerome , Maddie and Lachlan ! I just decided to do a vlog today with The Florida Squad " Mitch said , doing his intro .

" Hey Lachlan ? Do you have your phone on you ? " I whispered into his ear as we stood next to the pool .

" No , why ? " He giggled .

" Cause of this ! " I cried , shoving him towards the pool .

" Your going down with me ! " He yelled , before quickly grabbing me by the wrist as we both fell into the pool together .

Mitch and Jerome cheered and laughed as Lachlan and I bobbed up to the surface .

" Your lucky I don't have my phone on me ! " I laughed .

" Looks like your plan backfired " he smiled .

I splashed him and he splashed me back , both of us getting into a splashing fight .

We stopped and I swam behind Lachlan before jumping on his back , making him go farther down into the water .

He bobbed up back to the the surface while I burst out laughing .

He went back down and suddenly I was pulled down by my legs .

We fought for a few seconds under water until we went back up to the surface laughing .

I'm glad Lachlan and I are a couple ...

I slipped on my tea as I read the YouTube comments for the vlog Mitch posted earlier today .

Everyone else was sleeping and I decided to sit on the living room couch with a huge warm blanket around me , in the dark the only light coming from my MacBook .

" Mads , what you doing up ? " Lachlan asked , having a seat beside me on the couch .

" I'm reading the comments for the vlog Mitch posted . Lachy ? Do we want to tell the fans about us ? " I asked , looking at him .

" I don't know , how are we even going to tell them ? " Lachlan asked , pulling my blanket over the two of us .

" I don't know , Twitter , vlog ? " I subjected .

" I don't want any hate though . My fans are wonderful and everything but at the same time they can be pretty harsh " he said , looking into my eyes with a serious look on his face .

" My fans are harsh too Lachlan . I can handle them " I pointed out and he shook his head .

" I don't want to tell people about our relationship over Twitter . I want the moment to be perfect so until then we just keep it a secret from the fans okay ? ".

I nodded .

" Good , how about we watch random Youtube videos ? " he asked and I nodded , already searching up stuff .
