So yesterday was crazy busy for me. My grandparents and uncles on my stepdad's side of the family came over to help build our shed , siblings had to go to my dad's, and on top of that my mom wasn't feeling to good either.

But anyways it was a little while after my mom had left to take my siblings to dad's and my grandma asked if anyone wanted to go to the store with her because she had to grab a few things.

I'd been cleaning most of the day , helping my mom out so I of course said yes. As I wanted to take a break and get out of the house for a bit.

So me and one of my sisters go with her and we drive to the store.

We get out, get the few things we needed and head to the front to pay.

And all the while I'm thinking : Man, this looks like it'd be an okay place to work. I wonder if they're hiring.

Here's the crazy part.

We get up there to pay and literally the first words out of the cashier's mouth are: "Anybody want/looking for a job?"

My mouth would have been wide open with surprise but I quickly raised my hand instead. I didn't even have to ask.

Turns out, they were having open interviews that day.

So with the help of the cashier I sign up for one and we quickly go home to drop off the groceries because I had about 30 min and the store was 5 min away. And I get ready.

All the while I'm sweating and fiddling with my ring from nervousness. As it was my first time doing this.

I'd later find out that I had no reason to worry. The lady doing the interview was actually pretty nice, the other employees were too.

And I got two chances at the job because the other Kroger was hiring as well. :)

But I won't know anything until 2-3 days if they're interested in having me. Hopefully they are.

I swear though God had planned this or something . Because I've had a hard time getting the other application for a different job I was looking for as a lunch lady at a school across the street. And then this job offer at Kroger suddenly popped up and we had the time to do it too.  And the work hours are convenient for me as well.

I wasn't even expecting it or knew about it either.

Which makes it all the more amazing .
