Mystery Man (POV)

I looked down at the picture I had in my jacket pocket it was of my wife holding a little girl a toddler and a boy age six..

I look at the group of kids that are in the abandoned building and can't believe who I'm seeing.. the little boy and girl from the picture.. Thomas and (Y/N)..

Wicked took them from me, from Hope my wife.. I now worked for Janson as a guard. I was sent to find the kids after they escaped.. because they have some special connection where they can feel each other's pain.

             Mystery Man's (POV)

I vaguely remember the first time Ratman came to try and take Thomas and (Y/N) away.. Hope and I put up a fight.. then I saw what made our kids special why wicked wanted them.. one of the soldiers went to taser Thomas but (Y/N) stepped in the way and took the hit.

I looked at (Y/N) and saw her go to her knees in pain.. but the thing that stunned me was Thomas also went down.. and that's when I knew that (Y/N) and Thomas had a special connection..

I'm brought back from my memory..

I watch as (Y/N) gets up without waking the others..

                        Y/N'S (POV)

I got up from my sleep without waking the others.. I thought maybe I can venture through the building if I'm careful..

I started walking through the building and I suddenly came across a mystery man.

"Hi." 

I was scared not knowing what to do.

I went to scream for Tommy.. but the man stopped me..

"No. Please don't."

Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder.

I looked and saw Tommy.

                   Thomas's (POV)

I woke up and noticed (Y/N) wasn't where she was sleeping before I got up and decided to go look for her hoping she's not gotten far in this building..

That's when I saw her talking to a man.
I jogged over and put my hand on (Y/N'S) shoulder..

"Who the Shuck are you?" I asked the man.. then saw the wicked uniform pushing (Y/N) behind me..

"We're not going back.. You're not getting our special connection." I told him.

The mystery man held up a hand looking at me then (Y/N) then saying to both of us "She would be proud of you. Both of you. She would be proud to know that you are together and even better with your twin brother Mitch."

I look at him again and say 

"Who are you talking about.. who would be proud of me?" I ask him..

As for who would be proud of you. That's your mother her name is Hope.

I look at him shocked if not stunned..

"Your lying Shuckface!" I yell not meaning to.. realizing we are now not alone the rest of the gladers are right behind me..

Asking questions and a statement

"Whose he? Where did he come? Watchout he's from wicked."

I look at my friends and tell them "I didn't get his name but he says he's my father and I apparently have a mother as well..

I calm myself before talking to my supposed father again..

"Why are at wicked?"

"Are you after us?"

"Who the shuck are you?

What's your name?"

He looks at us and responds "It was your mother's idea I join wicked to keep an eye on you and (Y/N) of the special connection you both have..

"No I'm not after you or your friends. I'm going to keep an eye on you make sure you are safe from Janson."

(Y/N) said hiding her face in my shoulder "Ratman's scary."

The mystery man looked me puzzled I cleared my throat " That's what she calls Janson."  He nodded understanding..

As for your final question "My name is Tyler. I'm yours and her FATHER."

He says pointing to (Y/N).
