Yeah it was Casey alright in plain flesh right in front of me. I for one was never the one to run away from a fight but I fled the halls as soon as I saw her I moved to music class as soon as possible.

I felt at ease before I heard my name being called on the school's PA system.

I head to the principals office and I'm informed I have to be the tour guide for a new student and you guessed it . It was Casey I curse myself for joining the welcome committee either that or the principal just felt like disturbing my peace.

Alexa " Good morning miss Ryan I'll be your guide to this astonishing school this morning "

Casey " why so formal let's blow this popsicle joint "

I'm not scared of her or anything but I hate scandals and I can't deal with another rumour going out so I'm gonna keep my distance from her.

I directed her to the cafeteria, the auditorium and well mostly everywhere before quickly concluding the tour .

Alexa " Well I've come to the end of the tour have a nice day "

I turn about leaving before am surrounded by the gang .

Kailey " Hey alexa whose your friend ?"

Nicole " I think I've met her "

Kailey " oh yeah we met at a school trip Casey right ? "

Casey " Yeah nice to meet you guys "

Justin " Well a friend of Alexa is a friend of ours "

I immediately see her cheeks flush with bright red I'm already sensing a crush here and I immediately hate it .

Casey " I'm Casey "

She says extending her hand to shake Justin .

Justin " I'm Justin "

Casey " wow Alexa has a lot of friends "

Hayden " some are more than friends "

I smirk at his cute statement.

Alexa " my bad I didn't even introduce you guys well "

Casey " oh that's alright I get it "

Alexa " this is Hayden my boyfriend and these are my closest friends Nicole and kailey and Justin's my ride or die "

I'm aware that I didn't say best friends but I didn't want crazy Casey doing anything reckless .

Casey " nice to meet you guys I'm Casey Alex's childhood bestie "

Spencer " you've introduced yourself three times now couz "

Nicole " she's your cousin "

Spencer " unfortunately "

Casey " I feel the same way about "

Kailey " that means your amber's cousin "

Casey " looks like I'll be popular without even trying "

Alexa " not at this dump but I hope you like it "

Justin " if you need anything we got you "

Spencer " Yeah Foley is quite the ladies man "

Casey " I'm sure he's better than you "

Alexa " you guys don't get along do you "

Spencer " we have our way of things "

At that I smile and leave the place being the first day of a new semester there's always an orientation which I plan on skipping but I guess I have to go since all my friends want to go for some unknown reason .

I didn't listen at all actually before Casey nudges my elbow a bit bringing me back to reality.

Casey " Are you scared of me "

Alexa " am I ever scared of people "

Casey " I'm not gonna cause any trouble anymore "

Alexa " I know it's okay "

Casey " don't blame Amber for helping me "

Alexa " wait she helped you with those rumours "

Casey " let's just forget about it okay and be friends "

Alexa " we're already friends "

I smile at her and take an excuse to use the bathroom but I really just roam the halls thinking about what Casey said I always act out on people I'm confused on what to do now .

I feel someone tap me and to my greatest surprise it's Henry .

Henry " stranded are you "

Alexa " just getting some air "

Henry " Ah is it Hayden "

Alexa " no he's fine "

Henry " is it Blondie "

Alexa " in a way yes "

Henry " is she putting up a fight "
Alexa " in a way yes "

Henry " well the alexa I know always puts up a fight "

Alexa " Thanks Henry "

I smile and wave him off I plan on going back to the hall but everyone's out already . Most people head to the cafeteria for lunch but I'm just not feeling today so I just sit in the class waiting for the next period.

I drown myself in thoughts thinking about when me and Casey were friends.

" don't take the picture I'm not ready yet " . Casey says looking vibrant in a pink floral dress at our 6th grade prom

" look it's Jason don't forget to smile " I say sounding ecstatic

I'm soon brought back to reality when someone says my name

" Alex is that you so moody "

I turn around to find Justin smiling with his full pink lips

Alexa " just lost in thought is all shouldn't you be in the cafeteria "
Justin " Do I look like a cafeteria person "

He says setting a plate of sushi on my table.

Alexa " you went out and got this "

Justin " yeah I hope you like sushi "

Alexa " I do thanks "

Justin " you seem bothered is it casey "

Alexa " I'm great Justin really "

Justin " You've forgotten I can tell when you lie "

Alexa " I'm just overwhelmed "

Justin " why are you pregnant "

Alexa " No ! Just new semester gitters I guess "

Justin " I know your lying but I'll drop it thanks "

Alexa " Thanks Justin "

Justin " I'm with you alright 100% or nothing "

I smile at him without even knowing I rest my head on his shoulder and for once I feel at ease but that's momentarily interrupted by dazzling Blondie.

Casey " uhm hey guys "

She says oggling at us with her knowing eyes I immediately sit back up.

Justin " Hey Casey why don't I show you the football field "

Casey " why the football field in particular "

Justin " it's where my passion lies just so you get to know me better "

Casey " oh cool let's go then "

Justin " Bye alexa "

He leads her out not without giving me one last look he winks at me and only murmurs " 100% or nothing "

So I'm back after the long school session we didn't reach our goal of 1k😭😭. But that's okay you'll definitely see more of Alexa . Oh and Casey is now enrolled with alexa it's like mischief meets mayhem this should be fun 😉😉
