It was Hayden and behind him was Aaron. I walk past my brother and give Hayden a hug.

Alexa " I missed you "

Hayden " I missed you too but why are you here "

Alexa " my brother didn't tell you "

Hayden " we actually came separately but we met at the front door "

Alexa " oh well let's go downstairs "

I take him downstairs and sit him on the couch.

Alexa " My dad threw a tantrum after finding out about us "

Hayden " he didn't know well how'd he take it "

Alexa " I said no and he said my house my rules and I ran off "

"Alex" he said whispering into my ears and pulled my hair into place.

before I could finish he picks me up bridal style and a part of me is a little frightened he only stops when we reach the guest room am staying at.

I walk in and get my ribbon,ear pod and my badge from the dresser and shove it in my hoodie pocket .

I head to Justin's room and thank him for everything with a hearty hug . My brother grins at me.

Aaron " Glad to see you got some sense in you "

Alexa " Hahaha " I sarcastically laugh. 

we head to my car that Aaron brought over and drive to my house.

I enter faced down as I spot my parents on the couch I feel Hayden take his hand in mine.

I look at him confused on what to say but I'm taking by awe when he hugs me.

Dad " What were you thinking running from home "

Alexa " I had no other choice "

Dad " You couldn't talk it out "

Alexa " I tried to but you basically kicked me out "

Dad " it's not reasonable for you to date a guy who put your life in danger "

Alexa " I know what I'm doing Dad please just try and be supportive "

Dad " Fine but he'd have to prove himself worthy of dating you "

Dad " leave that to me and could you stop holding hands this is home not a night club "

I give my dad another hug and escort Hayden to the door I gave him a goodbye hug because I felt like my dad would be spying .

I head to my room and it's exactly how I left it neatly arranged . I take a long bath and get dressed in a sweat shirt and a sweat pant . Weird attire for Christmas right.

I take the patch my dad gave me and neatly stick it on my mirror.

I put in my headphones and begin to listen to music before I hear a knock on the door I stood up and opened it . It was my mom.

She asked me to come downstairs apparently they were waiting for me to open the Christmas gifts.

I already got my Dad's gift so I just thanked him again my mom got me a new phone.

It came with a white and black pouch . I already loved it.

I thanked her too and went back to my room . I synced my new phone to my old phone so all my media that was backed from the cloud will be on my new phone.

I turn on my laptop and binge watch one of my favourite Netflix series " 13 Reasons why "
it's a little strong for younger viewers but I enjoy it .

I also enjoy how two of my friends have the same names as some of the characters on the show.

I wake up from my nap feeling drowsy my dream was confusing about someone coming back I shrug off the thought .

I spend the whole day on my bed listening to music I would've called Hayden but he volunteered to help run the Christmas buffet at munchies.

Even though I didn't see the use he already works their during summer break.

Justin " Just at home it's really empty without you "

Alexa " I enjoyed staying there "

I look at myself and notice how scattered my hair looks and my ash sweat shirt and pants looking squeezed .

At that we burst into laugher.

Justin " tug those strands behind your ear and get a clear view of your eyes "

I feel myself blushing and I know this is wrong but I'm brought back to reality as I hear his corny laugh .

Justin " Gotcha I was trying to sound as corny as Hayden "

We begin to laugh and I hear my mom call out my name.

At that I end the phone call and head downstairs I see my mom greeting a bunch of people .

I completely forgot my cousins are coming over that means Dave's coming.

I run back upstairs and yell to my mom " I'll be down in 10 minutes mom "

" okay " she says back
