It's the night of spring fling dance dates are being made romance in the air and I was avoiding Hayden all week am I being a coward this time , I couldnt tell kailey's reaction after telling her about the kiss but it went well I guess I walk in the tile plaited building across it was the blue long sized lockers the PA speaker in the Halls were being cleaned the white ceiling glared on the tile plaited ground and my neon colored sneakers, yap it's an average friday morning I walk against my locker and twist in my combination on the rusty lock I should change it, but then I feel a gentle touch I knew who it was and I couldn't escape it much longer.
Hayden " Morning Alexa, you've been avoiding me all week "

Alexa " What, no that's not true "

Hayden " Whether you like it or not, we have to talk about what happened "

Before I left I whispered to my brother " You know it's crazy you came to a sophomore dance right " He smirked and said " Not when it's for her " Eww barf I decided to leave them and look for my date I walk into the dance hall platinum gold tiles on the floor floating sequenced disco balls and shining spotlights I cover my eyes as I was blinded by the lights then a soft grip holds me from behind I lean onto him and hold his hand from behind I turn to look and it's Justin not Hayden what a surprise he's wearing a white tuxedo looking as elegant as hell I smile awkwardly.

Alexa " Sorry, I thought it was Hayden "

Justin " It's fine, I had no problem with it I just wanted to sneak up on you "

Alexa " Really, after you shun me all week "

Then I see Hayden behind them wearing a bronze colored tux it wasn't too shiny and he matched it off with a shiny cover shoe when did these boys become so elegant
I lose sight of him for a minute and then an arm grabs me close to his chest.

We hold hands and walk up to the squad everyone looks great even Henry and amber who matched in black, the night was young and the music was loud this is gonna be an amazing dance.
