Now on to the opinion:

Temporary kpop groups make no sense at all ok, why get people to fall in love with a group if they are only going to disband soon. Some (popular) examples of temporary groups would be:

Wanna One (such cuties love them so much)

I.O.I (talented girls they really deserve more time to show it)

JBJ (so talented, I love them so much, I'm so sad they disbanded 😭😭😭)

These types of groups had/have limited time to show their talents which I believe isn't fair, because they deserve more time to grow as artists together and to be together as a group.
Like give them extended contracts please, because many groups bring in a lot of money and to just make them disband later isn't fair to them or the fans. That goes for smaller temporary groups too, they can learn and grow bigger with time but they don't have that time.
Plus with time many Kpop fans(including myself) are going to soon get sick of these types of groups because of the constant pain of seeing groups sooner or later disband.
