Imagine you are a princess but you grew up not knowing it at all. Then you get kidnapped and end up marrying the boss of the mafia that you joined. Well that's how my life is. Hey I'm Maddie and this is how it all started for me.
   I was walking home from school one day because, well... you see my family was never rich. I don't mean we were poor either, we had everything we needed. It's just my mom had 2 jobs and my father was never around. For the first 2 years of my life my parents hated each other. I never understood why, my mom would always tell me I'd understand one day.
After a few minutes of walking I was lost. "Fuck I must have been lost in thought again" I said looking around. "Where even am I?" I asked myself. I've gotten lost before but never like this. I started to hear talking. I know what you are thinking, I probably shouldn't follow the noise but I had no other choice. Maybe they knew where I was at and could help me.
   I followed the talking all the way to a cliff.  It was almost dark by the time I got there. It also sounded like someone needed help. I didn't mind though because, what if someone really was in danger. I peeked around a tree but seen nothing more then a tape recorder.
I thought to myself why would someone just place a tape recorder on that ground by a cliff. While thinking this I somehow found myself holding it in my hand. As I stopped the recording I hear something from the trees.
I looked around for a second but, I didn't see anyone. "Hello anyone there" I said out loud like they would really say anything. I took a deep breath and started to walk back the way I came. "Maybe it's nothing, I mean it is dark now and my brain could just be playing tricks." At least that's what I told myself until, I felt a pair of arms around me lifting me up.
This may sound stupid but even though I was scared I also felt safe at the same time. I ended up not fighting back. I mean what's the point, I could try to scream for help but, no one else was around. Kicking wouldn't do anything, this person was strong enough I'm sure not even a stab wound from a knife would do anything.
I feel over this man's arms and closed my eyes to make it seem like I fainted or something. A few minutes of being carried to who knows where, I get tossed into the back of a car. I keep my eyes closed because, I feel like it's the safest way to do things. Once the door closed I felt someone poking me, you know like someone would do with a stick to see if something was dead.
    "I think she's dead" a man said. I thought to myself maybe he could help me but, as I go to open my eyes I hear a door open. It sounded like it came from the other side of the car.  "Fuck I'm going to die" I kept repeating in my head over and over again. "She's not dead Tae" said another man. "You can stop pretending now and wake up" he said. "Yeah we won't hurt you" said Tae.
   I slowly open my eyes and sit up quietly. "Wh-who are you guys?" I asked in a shaky voice. Tae turns he head quickly and looks at me. "Don't worry about who we are princess." He next smiled warmly but that didn't really make me feel any more comfortable. I sat and pouted for a second and then said, " you know it's rude to just take someone without asking?"
   The guy driving stopped really fast and turned around. "Would you shut up?" He asked, I ignored him though. "Where are we going?", "Are you going to kill me?" I said. The guy looked at Tae and Tae nodded. The guy turned back around and started driving again while Tae looked at me.
   At this moment I was kinda scared which made me ask even more questions. Tae put his hand on my cheek, I think he was trying to make me stop talking. He was so gentle I don't know why he would be with these people. Maybe they took him too like they took me. Maybe he is being held against his well. He started moving closer and, all I could do was freeze.
   He kept trying to make eye contact with me but, I kept moving my eyes somewhere else. I was a little scared that he might hurt me. He placed a hand on the window trapping me in the spot I was in. "You know it's rude to not look back at someone" he said as he left my head up and placed his lips on mine.
   I usually would push someone off of me for kissing me like this but, for some reason I kinda liked it. In fact I pulled him closer and kissed him back. His lips were just to soft and warm. Something about him made me feel safe from the other two.
   After a few seconds he broke the kiss and looked at me. "Now be good and stay quiet princess, I wouldn't want to do something I would regret." He said. I replied quietly with a "So you regretted that?" I next whispered under my breath asshole which may have been a mistake. I only say that because, the next thing he did was pulled me on his lap and whispered in my ear. "I could do a lot more" he said as he moved his hand up my leg slowly.
    "Tae you can't with her" the guy in the front seat said. I stuck my head in between the seats from Tae's lap. "Who are you to boss him around huh." I said. The guy turned around and slapped me hard across the face. "Don't talk to me that way, now sit back and shut up I've had enough of you." I did as he told me but not because I was scared.
   People like him don't scare me. The guy driving turned and looked at my face then turned back around. "Corby you can't hit her like that. I can't stand her either but don't hit her like that again" he said. Tae looked at me and moved a little closer. He whispered "hey you okay princess?" I nodded and just looked out the window.
   A few minutes later we arrived at this big house. There was a few men dressed in black standing outside. As we drove past them I moved my head looking at them. I turned and stared out the back window as they disappeared in the distance.
   We got up to the front of the house and made a complete stop. Everyone got out, well everyone but me. I couldn't my door didn't open from the inside. Tae walked around and opened my door for me. I smiled at him warmly getting out telling him thanks. "You're welcome" he said as he placed his arm around me.
   As we walked into the house everyone looked at us. I was kinda shocked on how many people were actually in here. One of the ladies walked up to us with a smile. "Welcome home Tae" she said as she went to give him a kiss on the cheek. Tae moved out of the way making her fall on her face then laughed. "You can't just kiss me whenever you want Mia." I bent down to help her up and looked up at him. "You didn't have to make her fall. What if she hurt herself." I said.
He grabbed my arm and left me up then grabbed my face gently. "Don't get involved with her princess, it won't end well okay." I nodded and he kissed my cheek gently. "Good now let's go" he said as he put his arm around me and we walked into another room.
