Sagan is a ritual held at groom's place, where havan is held and bride's father applies tilak, on his to,be damad (son in law)'s fore head
Bride's sisters steal groom's shoe and demand for money in return

( i am not a punjabi, so plz forgive me if i say a ritual wrong!)

Kavya's POV:-

Me , naina and simi get ready to attend sagan at ayaan jiju's palace..
All of us sisters are wearing lehenga...
We head towards the palace while nidhi di will stay at her room as she is bride and will not attend this occasion

"Kavya, don't forget, you have to reveal truth, before night", whispers nidhi di in my ears..

"Hmm", i speak to her

Along with simi and naina, i reach the palace..it is beautifully decorated...
Unfortunately kanan spots me!
But fortunately he didn't take "naina" name..

As the havan started, i was getting more and more nervous...

To my suprise i see kanan, sitting next to me...
He smiles at me...a smile that strikes a cord in my heart...
A smile that causes butterfly in my stomach...
A smile that cause my breathe to stop for a second
A smile causing my heart beat so fast that my chest starts to pain..

"Hi naina", he says and he directly looks into my eyes..

Kanan's POV:-

God must be feeling amazing when he created naina...her eyes are so pretty...

"Hi kanan", she replies to me

If i looked into her eyes more...i would definetly fall her..

Haan hasi ban gaye
Haan nami ban gaye
Tum mere aasmaan
Meri zameen ban gaye

(you have become (my) laughter,
you have become the wetness (of my eyes),
you have become my sky
and my earth..)

Haan hum badalne lage
Girne sambhalne lage

(I began to change,
began to fall, and be steady..
since I have known you,
I have started to move toward you..)

Kavya and kanan head towards panjit ji and touch his feet together...while kneeling down kavya and kanan look at each other..

Panjit ji bless them together...

"Kavya!..we have to steal jiju's shoe", naina says

"Umm..ya..", kavya replies

"See, i and simi will distract boys while you steal", naina replies

Before kavya could say anything, naina and simi run to boys...while kavya is scared about kanan knowing the truth

"Hey boys!", simi says to kanan and ritwik (kanan's real brother)

"Hi...simi..", kanan says while his eyes searching kavya

"Where is you sister naina?", kanan asks simi while naina and simi are confused

"I am naina", naina says looking at kanan

"Both of you have same name?..i am asking about that third girl", kanan says looking at simi and naina...

"She is not naina!..her name is kavya!", simi says scratching her forehead in confusion

"What??!!..but she herself only told me", kanan replies with shock

"Lol, kanan her name is kavya!.." naina replies still confused

Kavya is stealing ayaan's shoe when she hears a familiar voice

"Hi KAVYA", it was kanan, he was directly looking into kavya's eyes..his eyes were cold..

Kavya froze as she realised that kanan got to know everything

"Kanan i-", kavya started to speak when kanan cut her in between..

"Thanks kavya, thanks for starting your introduction with a lie", kanan replies coldly, cold enough to give shivers

Kavya saw a hint of tears in kanan, but before she could speak anything, she saw kanan turning away and going away from her...
